Perfect location close to restaurants, shopping and historical sites! Highly recommend.

Perfect location across the street from all the restaurants and riverfront shopping. Also close and within walking distance to all historical sites. Delicious breakfast served too.

Parking fees were $45 a day so we parked across the street at Bryan Street parking garage. $44 total for Saturday and Sunday nights and Monday night to Tuesday. Rates are cheaper on weekends. But max $20/day week days so well worth it.

Was mostly pretty good. Would probably do it again.

Great location. Comfy room. Valet and front desk were great.

Noisy street. Complimentary breakfast was marginal. Pretty steep price with all the taxes and fees.

NO HOT RUNNING WATER! Could not shower

Good location

No HOT running water and its was a very VERY cold night. I wanted to shower and couldn’t. No offer of discount or refund. Couldn’t shower until I got to my next destination 6 HOURS LATER after checkout.

Nice location, many things to see, enjoyed the breakfast but would have must rather have a location without dogs.

The property was in a nice location.

The bathroom was missing facial tissues and low on toilet paper. Took 2 days and me asking 3 times to get tissues. Way too many dogs. I'm allergic to dog dandruff, so if we had known there would be so many dogs we would have stayed elsewhere.

Valet parking not recommended

Location was great. Facility was good except elevators were giving some issues. Repair people were there trying to fix them

I paid for valet parking as the reviews said the public lot across the street had no security and then watched my car being brought out of the public parking lot by the valet!

Excellent accommodations for the whole family!

Great location! Central to everything. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. Love the rooftop pool. Breakfast was good. The parking lot across the street was so convenient and inexpensive. I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall I will stay was adventurous.

Breakfast and the location was perfect for what I needed.

I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for your parking after paying such a high room rate. We parked across the street in the parking lot which we still paid for.

Not pleasant.

Breakfast was good.

We were put in a room that had a small window up high that made us feel we were in a basement. There was also a window unit. We were also by the elevator. It took one hour to get our car out of valet service.

The location

The room was too small for four adults was told beds was queen size but they was full size beds. It was a handicap room with one chair in the room so we had to sit on the bed.

This hotel should have waited until its renovation was completed before reopening

The location was great for intended activities

Several things 1. Breakfast was uninspiring some hot items were not at the optimum temperature 2.While the bathroom was big the shower was ridiculously small. The length was okay , but the width made you feel like you were in a cramped box . It suited a small child or someone under 100lbs. The obvious renovations left a bad first impression. The smell of paint was obtrusive , the warped floors is an accident or trip and fall waiting to happen.

The hotel was located in a prime of everything which gave access to explore more. Very polite staff and the room was great. Breakfast was good every day

The $45 overnight valet when the ticket stated $39.99. You need to depose the old valet tickets and get new ones to state the current price.

Perfect location. Great hotel! Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and explore the city. Wonderful breakfast and our room was very comfortable and roomy.

Right in the heart of historic district.

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Concierge in house for info about area, tickets for trolley, etc was a big plus for us because we didn't know anything about Savannah. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was good. Complimentary bottled water always available.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was having to pay $39/day for valet parking - a little steep in my opinion. We walked everywhere. The garage across the street stayed full, so would've been hit or miss to find a spot for $15/day. During the week it might be easier.

Not worth the money thy charge

location is good, right by the river and walking distance to everything. Room size good.

Hotel doesn't clean room anymore, so no garbage pick up and no toilet cleaning. faucet was broken in the room when we got in, it took day and half until handymen showed up to fix it (why it wasn't checked before you give the room to customer). Shower wasn't draining well, because nobody cleaned the drain since who knows. The amount of hair and soap scam I found under the drain cover is mind blowing. Breakfast is horrendous, it's not food, it cancerogenic.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a great location.

The location was great. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. We appreciated having bottled water available without a up charge.

The pool area could have used a refresh. The furniture was pretty worn with holes. Overall it just wasn’t a very relaxing pretty area. It didn’t match the beauty of the hotel.
