Finding a hotel in NYC that comfortably accommodates a family of five was challenging, but Sonesta was a great choice! Our room had two queen beds and a sofa bed, giving us plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was especially convenient when traveling with young kids, making breakfasts and snacks so much easier. Overall, a great option for families visiting New York City!
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Its centrality to the places we needed to go and the apartment style rooms.
There was construction on the street not mentioned. There is a per night fee to get marked up waters and snacks that was unnecessary or at least make the cost more reasonable.

Room was big
No early check in, the bathroom was too small and low category for the price

Excellent location
Caring and attentive housekeeping service
Nice lobby and lounge with complimentary coffee
The apartments were not fully cleaned. Extensive dust behind and under beds, along shelves, kitchen shelves, flooring and skirting boards.
