Beautiful old style hotel. Comfy bed. Lovely Irish welcome with complimentary bubbles & fruit for our celebration. Turn down service in the evening was nice.
Noisy street, no insulation in windows but it did add NYC flavour. En suite very small given we were in a suite.

The hotel and restaurant were excellent.
The staff were professional, efficient and friendly.
The cost of the room was up however the room and hotel were excellent.

The room was spacious but dated and not very clean.
Housekeeping did a good job fixing any issues.
We found a bug in the pull out sofa bed. It clearly had not been made up for three people and they didn’t put clean linens on the sofa bed. It was obvious that the bed hadn’t been open for quite some time. The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable.
