The room was really spacious and the location was perfect for seeing show and being right off Times Square.
Our TV didn't work. We reported the issue but it was not resolved during our stay.

The location was perfect and the ambience was really nice. It was also pretty clean ans well maintained.
The AC system was old, noisy and we would wake up feeling warm. The bed was also too soft that we ended up with a sore back.

The breakfast stops early and lunch does not start until midday so that was a little disappointing. However the bartender put together a cheese plate which was very kind of him.
There was nothing that I didn’t like. We were comfortable and we spent most of our time in the room, which was really comfortable.

Location is great and feels very New York.
Requests to do anything more than the bare minimum were not taken well.
