My go to place for a NY stay without need for car, bus, taxi or uber transit.

Middle of downtown NY, walking distance to Radio city music hall, Central Park and time square. Valet parking. Smiling and courteous employees.

Excellent place for work trip

Thorougly understated and enjoyable.

It's a very elegant old world hotel. Staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. Rooms were well-appointed.

The only thing missing was complimentary water bottles in the room. I haven't seen that in a long time. There was, however, chilled water available at the concierge's desk. Perhaps it's an effort not to use plastic bottles. Not a big thing, really, as the tap water is perfectly drinkable.

The Omni Berkshire Place Hotel is located in a very convenient area of midtown Manhattan.

The location met my needs for the event I attended. My room was comfortable and provided all of the items I needed. I requested a refrigerator and a room near the elevator. Those requests were granted. I was given a voucher for juice and coffee which was brought to my room each morning.

There was no free continental breakfast. I paid almost $40 for a scrambled egg, coffee, and juice. The employee at the Concierge desk was not very helpful in printing my flight boarding pass.

Enjoyable for the most part.

Location was a major selling point. Easy access to theaters, museums and major transit lines. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Facilities were a bit dated. One of the three elevators was out of service. Another one broke down during our stay leaving just one to service the entire hotel. Restaurant was looked dated and food and service was mediocre at best.

Comfy beds, spacious room, drinking water available in foyer

Construction works outside. Noise could be heard clearly in the room and continued throughout the night.

For the most part it was a pleasant stay with just a few issues.

The staff was friendly, room was clean and bed comfy.

Paid 60 dollars for amenities and it didn't even have water in room. They did provide it when asked for it. 2 out of 3 elevators worked to get to the 20th floor, so it was a long wait on check out day.

Meh, there’s much worse, but decent location

If you like traveling invisible and basic this is your spot.

Bar feels like a chain (but empty) and room had minor cleaning issues, such as garbage in the bathroom bin. I called front desk to notify and received a “thanks for your feedback”. This is a place where you come to get work done and get out.

The bed and location are incredible ! The staff is very welcoming and nice !

There was no fridge in the room. The TV connection and WiFi weren't working properly. The terrace is absolutely not what it is in the picture. For the price of a night, it is missing the spot.

Stay here. Period.

Loved the luxurious feel of the hotel. The doorman is a gem! on the pricier side, but worth the money. It is centrally located uptown. It’s not far from the fray of time square and literally steps away from the iconic shopping. Subway access is nearby so you can quickly get to lower manhattan or soho within 10 minutes.

Superb

We only stayed one night and had a late arrival . The hotel was very nice and the rooms were large and comfortable . We had an early flight the next day , but we would definitely stay here again .

Room had a balcony , but it was just a small table and 2 chairs and nothing like the pictures ! Could pass on this feature.

overprized breakfast! USD50 for an avocado toast and a capucino seems a bit much to me, even for a good avocado toast!

Great location, but services don't meet expectations (they should be more courteous)

The location is great. Super convenient and close to many things you might need - gyms, restaurants, stores.

Staff does nothing to be kind and helpful. Maybe they think this is the way it is done locally, but anyone traveling to NY would expect courteous people when getting to a hotel. I had much better services in many other hotels around the globe.

We had a blast!

It was our first visit to NYC. My friend and I met there, both coming from different cities. It was safe, the location was perfect, it was very comfortable and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL! We cant wait to come back...we might bring our husbands this time! Thanks Omni Berkshire Place!

Silly thing....but we got home from the theatre a little after midnight, and there was no access to a bottle of water.
