The Bronze Owl must have had an off night. Very rude staff

Nothing really.

The hotel was so clean. The location was great for what we were in NYC for. We wanted to be close to MSG and it was perfect. The shower was wonderful and the bed was comfy.
The only downside was that it was could be loud for a light sleeper during the night. We could hear sirens and traffic at times. We could also hear people closing their hotel room doors and toilets flushing and showers running. We know the building is older so we kind of expected that. Not a deal breaker but I would have loved a sound machine for sleeping.

Room smelled smoky and musty.
