Close to the venue and great restaurants and bars close by.
The room we were in is tired. Lots of noticeable wear and tear throughout the room. Room was very small, but was suitable.

Location
Paying for parking. If I am paying for a room parking should be included.
Our rooms air conditioning wouldn't turn on. This should be an option year round. The room also smelled musty.

I liked that the location was extremely close to the venue I was visiting.
My room was mediocre not clean, the fridge was leaking, the windows were full of hand prints the sink and bathtub were both clogged. They did not have complimentary waters the Kruger machine did not work. My complaints to staff was backed up with apologies with no resolve or Plan B.
