Lighting is with odd. Super bright in smaller bedroom for example— shady in rest of area. Need updated system. Couch was very stiff and uncomfortable

Room was small but clean!

We were locked out of the room multiple times - they said the “privacy lock” activated when the door was closed. The facility needs to replace these malfunctioning locks. The room was dated but very clean. The property is in desperate need of updating.

We celebrated my daughter's 10th Birthday at your resort. She wanted a pool party cake & ice cream at a resort. In fact my family is trying to return to the resort on Oct 14th-16th

My family and I loved the 2 bedroom apartment with the kitchenette. It really worked well for us.

The offer to participate in the timeshare informational meeting in exchange for a gift card was a little awkward. However, I politely declined the invitation as I preferred time with my family on my vacation to a gift card.

Convenient location for what we were there for. Having the extra bathroom was a plus, and it was nice having the indoor pool.

The room was dirty. Didn't seem like a proper clean was done before our arrival. Found bits of trash under furniture and in kitchen area. The air conditioner didn't work in the bedrooms, so we left the doors open during the day to allow for circulation. The kitchen area really isn't designed for cooking, but it was nice having the full size refrigerator and coffee pot. Handling the trash Tackett was a bit inconvenient. We couldn't find a receptacle for it for the first day or two. Also, checked with a desk clerk about local attractions, and they were not very helpful as far as info.

No caffeinated coffee was included in the rooms. Had to go purchase our own. Also we were told at check-in that we MUST attend a sales meeting or we would be charged an additional $150. We booked our room through Booking.com not thru Blue Green Vacations. Had to go to the Marketing office the next morning to clear up the issue. Turns out the Concierge woman gave us the wrong folder. It was for another customer.

Sugar and caffeinated coffee should have been complimentary Concierge staff were not educated on how to handle customers correctly. And to actually verify the name before insisting we attend a sales meeting.

The property is nice and also very easy to find. It located near many attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Although the room was nice the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. There was hair and black grime all over the master bathroom. My wife spent 30 minutes cleaning the bathrooms. When we spoke to management they had someone come and thoroughly clean the bathrooms and they comped our room. They made it right and that’s what counts.
