Breakfast was nice, clean, and had multiple selections
Room stank like dirty socks. Manager promised to “do something” in compensation, but nothing happened.
2.0
Comfortable beds, cleanliness, nice breakfast.
Staff ( if we could ever find them) were rude. Smell of weed in hallways. Pool & hot tub was closed ( would of been nice to know beforehand). I've never stayed at a Fairfield in this poor condition, and won't be back.

the fitness equipment was very nice and so was the staff.
when I walked in my room. the ac unit cover was off and tools remained in room. phone didn’t work and issues with the tv. no offer to refund me any part of money for room which in my opinion was overpriced. rooms also smelt musty.

it was an awful experience I am being triple charged for my rooms they have $515 of my money in pending the staff was very rude and very unprofessional about what was going on . When my daughter and her family entered their room it was already people in their room. 2 of my grand baby got bed bugs from their rooms. I also took pics of them with bits all over them. I will never stay at a Fairfield inn again.

Staff, room size, cleanliness, location
Odd smells in lobby and elevator. Main dislike - we were in room by the street and heard traffic all night long. The bed was not the most comfortable - mattress protector bunched up with every move.

Swimming indoors not heated. We had to go swim somewhere else during the stay.

Staff greeted us and made sure our family members had rooms close. Breakfast, very good. The blue berry scones were excellent! When I mentioned it to the staff, she offered to get me a fresh one before I left after checking out.
We did not plan on nor did we use the pool but when I looked in it looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. The water looked cloudy and a little green.

Being able to have a cold room in this Texas heat was good.
When we arrived at about4:40 pm there were not enough staff to handle the amount of people. We we’re not greated like all the other Fairfield Inns we have stayed at.
No trash bags were in the trash can, microwave was dirty, we had to ask for more conditioner, pillows(I had to ask for pillowcases due to the Noe’s we were given did not have them). The girl on our floor said that you were out but the front desk when approached said they had them. Every time we went to get coffee other than during the beginning of breakfast it was out( This has never been like this at other locations).
I am a Titanium Elite member and they didn’t even give me credit or ask me if I wanted to pick out a item or get 200 points added.

😬😬
I only went to sleep, but when I go check in the men on the front desk telling me: He didn't have any reservation on my name or my reservation number. I have to wait about 25 to 30min to check in ☹️☹️
Is the first time; I have a problem like this.
I want to cancel but I'm not sure if their charge on my card and have to pay twice 😨☹️
