Many extras should actually be included

Staff and location are really great!

Need to pay extra for cappuccino and espresso in the morning even if you pay almost 30$ a day for a breakfast. Need to pay 25$ extra for a beach umbrella. Luckily the staff is awesome and helps a lot with this but, for what you pay the room, these extras and many others should be included.

excellent location and walkable to a lot of great restaurants and shops. beach was also excellent. the service was excellent and staff was very attentive to details

My dream came true to visit Miami, but next time it will be at a villa or resort

easy location and ocean view, white sand and friendly staff

small pool with small pices stone on it , istead of tiles or anything similar for easy walking around the pool, extra charge for parking $53 per night, extra charge for 2 kids beach towel and chairs $19 per person, for our luck again broken bath doors( in Key West also), pool bar do not offer a coffee, charge 2% extra per day for area Miami Beach resort plus 7% city tax, very tiny and small terrace only 35cm wide for such a location and destination.

The breakfast was really good. Didn’t have a food voucher. Thought I paid for it with the hotel but was told I didn’t. That was the reason I chose the hotel because of the free breakfast. The room location was excellent. The view was everything I wanted

I was under the impression I had free breakfast with the hotel. Would like the pool to stay available a little later at night.

Que el personal de recepción no hable español. Por suerte apareció una empleada argentina y me pudo ayudar en mis peticiones, las cuales fueron todas satisfechas. Muy bien

Very expensive so horrible service and hotel condition

The location, close to Lincoln road and the beach.

The hotel is super outdated. Everything seemed to be fallen apart in any minute. There was a construction nearby which was very noisy early morning and made dirt to fall over the hotel all day. There was no frigobar. There was a fridge stuffed with payable items but you could not even move a thing to chill your stuff cause they were charging you even though you put it back a sencond after moving it. If you wanted an small fridge within the room, it was an extra charge of USD35/day which is unacceptable. Bed was broken and super noisy. My colleagues complained about the same thing. You could wake yourself up from the noise of it just turning during your sleep. Shower hard to adjust. Crappy flower making unpleasant the bath. Room service was coming in the room all the time interrupting sleep and making awkward situations. There was no way to flag the room for not disturb. Pool had very little sitting places and always occupied. Bartender around the pool area were super slow and not focused. With luck you wait 20 minutes to take their attention. Pool shower was broken. People which provides towels for the pool were never there and you have to wait long time to get them. They provide sunbades but not the umbrellas (unacceptable) and wanted to charge extra USD 20 for them. Sunbades were broken and cushions tired. People from the beach never had towels and with luck they will bring some after an hour or two.

Not worth the price

Housing keeping is good and cleans well

The mattress was lumpy Dated, the furniture look cheap and damaged, the lamp in the room was broken, the bed side light was not working over priced even for that location, parking over priced

A pleasent place, but be aware of hidden costs.

Location is great, decoration very nice, room is confortable.

I didn't like extra fees. Not only you pay $33 for resort fee, but you have to pay $24 for the umbrella at the beach. This is abusive. Be aware they take their time to find your packages. I had to insist 4 times until they found mine.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lobby, die Nähe zum Strand und Ocean Drive sind super.

Die Lage war toll. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach gehalten, das dauernde Licht in der Minibar war störend. Die Balkontüre konnten wir nicht öffnen. Die Badezimmertüre liess sich nicht ganz schliessen.

- Chuveiro péssimo ou a água saía pelando impossível de tomar banho e quando temperada no ponto de poder tomar banho não saia água - café da manhã caro e com pouquíssimas opções - ar condicionado não ajustava no quarto então ou congelava ou morria de calor por ter que desligar o ar - não limparam o quarto um dos dias da estadia - solicitamos que concertassem o ar e ninguém apareceu

Happy hours qui justifient un vacarme insupportable et des attroupements qui n’ont rien à faire dans un hôtel mais une boîte de nuit. Personnel qui promet une chambre et en donne une autre.

I have been to better hotels in under developed countries that were far better than this please read each reviews carefu

The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Centrally located the south beach boardwalk and the beach is in the back of the property.

The room was way too small and the beds were awful the frames squeaked with every move, and the mattresses were too soft and would sink in the middle. They were no place to put one’s suitcase imagine having two like we had. The rug in the corridor was stained and smelled.

Wir haben einen sehr netten Aufenthalt genossen.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer schön.

Wir mussten nach einer Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, das erste war alles andere als OK (klein und lärmig).

Decadente y costoso

Contrate un hotel con estacionamiento y te cobran u$d 50 aparte por día, cuando te retiras te enteras que te cobran más de u$d 30 por día por qué el hotel tiene pileta que no usamos. El hotel está viejo y deteriorado, la habitación no cerraba bien la puerta y olía a humedad, la limpieza muy pobre.

El cuarto tenía poca luz Poco lugar de guardado No podías abrir la ventana Te cobran resort fee pero también te cobran las sombrillas en la plata No nos dieron el cuarto que habíamos reservado y nos mandaron a uno más chico Cuando reclame nos querían dar en un sector que parece un motel de ruta Horrible Nada Que ver con el hotel que me acordaba!!!! Lo modernizaron y perdió todo su encanto

Good Value for Direct Beach Access In Miami

Location of the hotel was great for direct beach access and also close enough to Ocean Drive.

The hotel driveway/entrance into the hotel and the hotel pool area needs a major renovation. The spacing of chairs and access to the hot tub needs to be a better fit. Also the food options and the bar at the poor need reworking.

They double charged for my stay.

The hotel was beautiful I will say.

I was double charged for my stay and I have yet to hear back from them. I've tried to contact them and no one answers. I was told an email was sent to the hotel but I have yet to get a call. I'm disputing the charges now with my CC.
