Great location. Walking - 4 minutes to Times Square and Broadway shows, 7 minutes to the Empire State Building, 12 minutes to Rockefeller Plaza. Subway stations very close by. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful; room was cleaned daily. Bed was very comfortable.
One of the three elevator banks was out for repairs making the trip up and down a bit longer wait. The views from the room not true view of the city, since there was another building next door.

Great hotel, quiet, clean, excellent location. Staff was very nice, helpful.
Not the best breakfast option but we went to Dunkin Donuts instead.

We like that it was closer to our venue
The room we were offered was on the top floor and smelled like dog
