Loved the light show in the beautiful lobby. Liked the environment around the hotel. The hotel itself is a lot of fun and beautiful.
It was cold in the lobby, you just need to remember to take a sweater.

Location
Hard to navigate. Check-in staff were excellent but resistant host and baggage attendant for storing bags could use a course in hospitality.
Shower area had matted hair from prior guest on the wall.

Breakfast was amazing and so was the breakfast staff. Nice building
Staff at reception on check out was extremely unfriendly and not supportive at all. Furniture in rooms very old fashioned
