Location, clean rooms. Cheaper than everything else in the area.
Very loud. The walls are very thin. Room wasn’t ready per usual. Beds are hard as rocks.

Location was great. Rooms appeared clean and staff was friendly
Elevators were down leading to long travel delays. I also requested a crib at the time I booked my reservation, again at checking in and again after getting to my room after a period. I never got it that night, leading to a bad night of sleep for my family. It did arrive for night two.
