The stay was okay but need to answer question of would I be able to tolerate the noisy environment.

Cleanliness of the facility was very good.

The high way noise level was horrible at times. The night staff seemed more interested in talking on the cell phone than talking to the customer trying to ask a question.

Same Ole Same Old, but good for the price

Easy access to freeway. Whirlpool in room

Told front desk, but noise throughout early evening and next morning with family/kids running in room above. Stayed in suite room with raised jetted tub, with no towels for it. Stayed once before, with no significant updates: hard bed; tile has replaced carpet in rooms and hallways but looked dirty. No handles or anti-slip stickers or matts for raised whirlpool tub, which made it very slippery and dangerous to get out onto cold tile floors. Bathroom outdated, with toilet running slow-had to flush 2-3 times per use. Large gap in room door which allowed noises from hallway, likely pest to enter since found several small spiders on tile and corners. Likely needs pest control or threshold for room door.

Solo para dormir una noche e irte al aeropuerto.

Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es la cercanía al aeropuerto.

Habitaciones antiguas, enchufes dañados, el wifi se desconectaba todo el tiempo, la cafetera del cuarto no funcionaba y el desayuno era muy pobre.

Poor

We arrived late at night and there were several police cars with flashing lights. We waited about 15 minutes for them to leave. Idk what was going on. Once inside, it took about another 10 minutes to get checked in because there was a problem with the customer in front of us who had booked online using PayPal but the facility couldn’t accept that method of payment. When we got to the room, it looked a little dingy and the sink would not drain properly.

Great budget airport hotel, with dated rooms, but great option for layovers

Great location near the airport, comfortable beds and the staff were friendly and receptive. I arrived late and a fast food place nearby was available to get something in me before getting to sleep. It was great value for money given the general price of hotels rooms in Austin

Rooms were a bit tired and outdated, but that's to be expected for a reasonably budget airport hotel. With it being an airport hotel, there didn't seem to be many amenities in the area, but Austin is quite compact and a short Uber can get you anywhere you need

Very poor

Close to the airport

There was a toddler in the room above us and cont'd to run around in tbe room until 1am. Told the management 2x and called 3 they finally spoke to the family but the noise cont'd until 1am. We had to be up by 4am to catch a plane. Was not happy with the noise. Rent rooms to families that have small.children on the bottom floor . Not real hot water for a bath.

Bella is a great manager and hee house keeping staff is exceptional

the staff was very sweet and the room was nice and clean

the incline to get in is horrible my car is low so it hit the bottom every time I went in or out
