Room, cleanliness was good!
The breakfast was NOT GOOD. I am diabetic and 90% of the food you put out I cannot eat, because of the carbs in the food............ :-(

The staff
The suite. The refrigerator and microwave were situated where everyone had to excuse themselves and literally squeeze next to someone's bed to open the fridge and microwave anything. Had to wash eating utensils in the bathroom because no other sink....I didn't...I used soap and baby wipes instead🤷. Very crammed as if the suite was an afterthought that they only added a living room to later. Obvious, because you enter the bedroom then turn to go into the living room.. afterthought? I don't know. It was Very small for a suite. Too small for 5 guest with 2 visitors we met with that stayed in the hotel also.oh and DARK ...well, sooooo dim!!!
We literally looked for the light switch....but they were all on!!!!
So, the microwave area and lighting were the only 2 things I didn't prefer.
But Staff was EXCELLENT!!!!

Good breakfast and staff. Breakfast area very clean.
Mattress needs replaced. Comforters too hot but sheet not enough. I doubt the comforters are cleaned after each guest. Expensive for that area.

Justin at the front desk was very nice. The lady doing breakfast was also nice . Loved the lights at the desk.
The room was dirty. For 3 adults and a teenager we should have had a room with a couch. The toilet was very low. The pool is broken. That should be made clear on booking. Com. Poor lighting when coming off main road

I booked it because they had an indoor pool and when I arrived the pool was closed for construction. I was not notified of this prior to checking in and only

it would have been the pool but other then that location
i was very very upset that the pool was not open. i even called booking.com and they said they called the hotel to verify it was going to be open and they assured me it was. i would of stayed at red roof if I would have known the pool wasn’t open.

we have stayed here before, and I preferred being on a higher level. the first flor ceilings are high, creating an echo. the pool was still not available.

There was no swimming pool cause getting fix. And there was no private time cause you can here a bunch of screaming girls running in hallway in the middle of the night
