Hotel not well kept, walls, carpet needed repair..Kids in hall screaming At 11pm and 6am...towels had dirt spots on them used anyways, tv in room next room to loud Had to call front desk. Sunday morning electric went out before 6am no backup Just sorry this has never happened so we left by 9am couldnt take a shower or Flush toilet

don’t even get me started lmao the musty smells, the stains on the bed, the broken mirror, wifi not working. Me and my fiancé checked in, saw the room and checked out within 5 minutes we do not recommend this stay.

10 minutes from Hershey Park

When I got there everything was a lie no pool no continental breakfast was not clean there was a roach climbing on the wall bathroom was disgusting Sheetz had stains and holes on it I was wondering if they even been washed stayed there because we had no other choice also the walls need to be painted very dirty feeling

Was close to Hershey Park and a few restaurants to eat at - Is only about a 8 minute drive to Hershey Park and Chocolate World

The hotel is very run down - Rooms were very dirty, bed sheets and blankets were dirty, the floors were not swept, the halls smelt of cigarettes. Disgusting!!!!

rooms could really use some maintenance. the beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in and our door had no deadbolts for extra security. the indoor pool was closed as of Labor Day, strange!

Both locks on the door did not work. Top latch was completely broken off while deadbolt just didnt shut. Shower made a constant loud noise making it impossible to shower.

Nothing. Uncomfortable beds. Electric outlets bare wires. No remote for TV. No phone in room. Toilet seat broken.window was dirty. Elevator works when wants to.Bare wires on air conditioner plug. Refrigerator was dirty.

Will not go back to that place ever.

Stains on bedding, bathroom mirror was fairly dirty and there were crumbs on the bedding of one bed. Just needed another 5 minutes of cleaning and possibly new bedding when there are stains that don't come out.

only room they had was a smoking room it stunk horribly… The air conditioner was off when we got into the room and it was so stinking hot for hours it would not cool down elevator was scary to ride on got stuck

king smoking room - door broken for >2 mths and had to switch rooms; pool has been out of order for a long time; ice machine on our floor didn’t work; no microwave or coffee maker in room; TV remote didn’t work; large hard bugs- not roaches in room; tissue holder empty; all of the shelf holders in fridge was missing
