Very convenient for stores and food

I'm still being charged and wasn't refunded deposit fully because the supervisor and receptionist said that the site was the problem. Poor customer service and facility. Not too clean. The staff was just not very helpful and morning staff wasn't kind of helpful. I feel totally ripped off all around

Customer service was great when checking in.

Room was dirty, smelled like smoke and mode, had roaches, no microwave, fridge wouldn’t stay closed. sofa smelled, cigarette burns, shower had mold , toilet over fluid as soon as we flushed it. shower water dripped after turning off, water didn’t stay hot long . We could not understand housekeeping because they did not speak English.

It was extremely dirty. Bugs/ Roaches in the room. something is wrong with the plumbing can’t get hot water an if it does get hot it’s fire hot. It’s either cold or fire hot showers. The shower head was also broken. There are not enough blankets for all the guests. Had to double double up on the sheets. The Tub was filthy. Instead of a King size bed like I reserved and paid for, I got a bed with two twins pushed together. They also wasn’t the same size so it was a line in the middle of the bed. The lights were also dimmed. Everything seemed gloomy in the room. Wish I took photos. Also they knew we were staying for five days and offered no amenities. We found out on our third night that the pool was accessible. No microwaves in the room so you would have to walk or drive to the nearest 7-11 but not all of them have microwaves either. If I don’t pay a non refundable deposit I would have stayed somewhere else but I guess that’s why the deposit is non refundable.

The location was unsafe. Left hotel at 4am only to have a John arguing with a prostitute in front of my car. There was a trailer covered with homeless crap in the parking lot.

I can’t do stairs they had me in the back building number 2 stairs to get to room when I made the booking I said no stairs

im handicapped and they gave me a room in the far back set of rooms no elevator ,2nd floor had a hard time climbing the stairs

I'd like the room we had with the little living room And the room was very peaceful and comfortable

What I didn't like was that it did not have any gaming tables it does not tell you that it says it's a casino have gaming tables. Also on one day we were without water for about 4 hours. Without a notice of the water going to be turned off.

Very nice pleasant was very quiet!

Bed was huge and very comfortable.

Toilet ran and shower tub did not drain very well.

The room was dirty, some dust on carpet and sofa.
