the filter on the ac was extremely dirty. it made the room stuffy and smell bad. I got up at 3 in the morning and cleaned the filter.

Wonderful staff in a facility that needs updating.

The property is tired out. The young man at the front desk who checked us in was very efficient, kind and helpful. The ladies who set up and served the breakfast were also very kind and kept hot food and everything needed in good supply. They were very hard and efficient ladies that were so pleasant. I never had contact with cleaning staff.

The whole front steps and porch is in dire need of repainting. Everything needs to be refreshed. The bedding is faded and wrinkled. The carpets need cleaning, the curtains need updating. Everything is old looking. The bathroom floor had dried urine near the toilet.

They didn't clean our room at all within the 3 days.

The elevator was broke down for 6 days and we were on the third floor the ice machine was not working ,we turned the fan on in the bathroom and it shut down all the electric in the room carpeting was filthy etc

Not fancy. But good for price.

Price. ery good for economy hotel.

Breakfast room a little crowsed. Carpetting and furnishings look worn and could be refreshed. Old facility and it shows it.

Such a nice much needed getaway! The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was delish 👍👍

Everyone was so kind. I love that it had a fire outside every night. We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows one night. The waffles in the morning were wonderful!! Very nice place. 😊 So nice the pool is open till midnight as well and the weight room and the fire on the patio.

There were stains on the floor in the room. Not a big deal though.

This could be a nice place to stay if the owner would not cut corners. Maintenance is needed everywhere. Staff was nice

Prices were good. Location was close to everything we wanted to see.

Property is run down. No air conditioner running in the hallways on second floor and it was a hot humid day. I heard the freeway traffic all night.

Great Location

It was the perfect distance from town and the beach, so I didn't have to deal with a lot of traffic.

No outdoor seating unless you are a smoker, which I am not.

Our Stay was overall satisfying, and we may return next time we're in the area.

The location was good and the staff were great.

Stayed in room 146. There was mold in the bathroom, around a seam in the Tub/Shower, and on the bathroom ceiling.. The people next door had a child that was very loud and whining each morning waking us up. This wasn't the hotel's fault but a small disappointment..

Location very close to Holland activities Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast marginal compared to other Country Inn's No Hot Tub Couch was not comfortable to sit on and impossible to sleep on

Super clean and enjoyable with nice rooms and a central location.

The property was super clean and the hotel seemed updated. They have good breakfast and very nice employees! It’s right next to a movie theater and in a very central spot, close to grocery stores and other shopping. Only a 9 minute drive from downtown Holland

There was nothing I didn’t like, it’s a very clean and welcoming hotel

Kids running & jumping.

It was clean.

They put us in room 118. From 7am until 11pm we could hear kids running & jumping in the room above us. Very disappointing!
