Good basic lodging for the money, and a pool!

Complimentary breakfast, sausage gravy and biscuits but no eggs, pool was nice. Eric at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.

Facility could use a little freshening. Rooms could use an easy chair for reading etc in addition to the desk chairs. There was a space for one next to the bed but was missing in multiple rooms.

Absolutley flawless, everything was just as we expected

Eric at the front desk was AWESOME & very helpful, he knew we were coming to R & R in the hot tub as I called ahead to confirm it was up & running, we were supposed to stay up the road at Baymont but the called to inform us the pool & hot tub was being renovated. He was waiting at the front desk for us & got us all situated, we made another reservation for Feb 16th when we come up for Jeff Foxworthy show.

Nothing , everything was great & lived up to what we had expected & the price was more than fair.

Great place but rude cleaning staff

Convenient, clean, front staff was amazing! Room was clean and organized.

The back staff or cleaning staff we said hello and they looked right at us and said yeah sure, they both smoked by the entrance doors in back multiple times and when we addressed them about it they blew their smoke our way and threw their ends down still burning and it was right by the entrance door. Rude and unpleasant cleaning staff. Went to tell the manager or front staff about them and he took charge and confronted them! We normally tip out cleaners but when we don’t receive a positive response from them outside the room we will not tip them for they are not pleasant and we feel we are a hindrance to their day. We won’t be back unless you teach them to be nicer to all people or you let them go! Thank you

Never again

Pillows in room smelled like body odor. Turned on lamp on nightstand between beds, then couldn't turn it off. Had to unscrew lightbulbs. Happy to leave.

Came into town to gamble, let just this hotel was the highlight of the trip ,lol

They were great having extra pillows on the bed, so hubby could get more comfy! Those beds are so comfy the pillows are amazing! This roll in shower was was the BEST Handicap room I have ever been in!!!thanks for being so kind!!! Because Nice Matters!

I would not stay here again

The staff was absolutely fine. The guy who checked us in was nice. It was close to the venue we needed to be at.

We had a handicapped room although we didn’t request one. There was bathtub, just a shower with a massive chair in it. The pool was extremely small compared to the pictures and last but not least…..when I checked in they told me I needed to leave a credit card on file. What they didn’t tell me was they would be taking $25.00 out of the account after I paid the room in full with cash.

Wonderful, friendly staff and an excellent location.

The location was the main feature here. Hotel looked a little older. Staff were exceptional! Friendly and courteous. Both the woman working days and the man (?Eric) were warm and friendly. I'd probably stay here again.

Older building, rooms could use a little extra tlc.

Great stay for the area.

The staff was nice and friendly. The pool was heated. The room was updated and pretty. I loved the way the bathroom was set up so you didn't blind the other person you were traveling with.

The beds were rock hard. I am not a fan of rock hard beds. the room lacked useable outlets. There was only one between the beds and then the bathroom. I use a CPAP at night so my other traveler had no outlet to use to charge a phone.

nice place. iffy on the housekeeping for more than a one night stay

we had a two night stay and housekeeping never came to our room

Good

No full hot breakfast, only continental. So we had to find a restaurant. I feel hotels are not serving breakfast since Covid as an excuse. But never lowered their rates.

Never again

The pool, hot tub, and sauna were great.

The doors on the rooms slam shut so if you are trying to sleep in the next morning good luck. It was horrible.

Gross and slightly creepy.

Phone service was prompt and attentive.

The place is just entirely run down. If you can get this facility for less than $80 it might be worth it. However ANYTHING over $100 is price gouging for the amenities offered and room overall comfort and asthetic.

Easy booking.

Parking lot was very dark and scary because we felt like we were in the woods.
