Nice staycation

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and clean and Stephanie was extremely nice and helpful!

The bathroom floor is very slippery if it gets wet

Cancelled. No one at desk. Yelled for someone and waited for over 15 minutes, then left and rented from another hotel a mile away.

Check third floor for mold.

Front deck clerk was very professional, and friendly.

My first room #324 had mold in the bathroom the room smelled damp, hell the whole third floor smelled! I would not stay there again.

Horrible I did not turn on ac due to strong mold smell has bed bugs and witch craft on entrance of hotel

Nothing at all first upon the arrival on top of the door where you enter there is witch craft put upon

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS!!!

Absolutely horrible!!! Mold throughout the entire hotel including our room!!! Our stay was from July 20th-23 and not one time was our room serviced!!! I remember when this hotel was 1st built and when I tell you they have slacked tremendously in the upkeep!!!! Corporate definitely needs to intervene!!! WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN!!! FOR ANYBODY WHO ACTUALLY GAVE THIS HOTEL A GOOD REVIEW YOU HAVE TO BE LIVING A FILTHY LIFE IN REAL LIFE!!!!

Hotel review

The location was good. The lobby was clean. The bed was ok. Not a good value for the price.

The room was dirty, mold in shower, no stopper for the tub, the tub faucet was broken. The room smelled of mold. Another room we were in with family smelled like mold. The elevators were filthy. The pool was green and smelled nasty and had trash in the water. No ventilation on in the pool room and no towels in pool area. The bath rags and some of the towels in the room had hold and stains. The furniture was sticky and scratched up. The floors were dirty in the room. The breakfast was a joke .

It was a great stay!!

It was clean, smoke free, and for the money very nice… The breakfast was a bonus and it was quite good. The beds were comfortable. The cable television was great too..

The entry light above the entrance into the room was out. However, the lamps beside the bed and on the desk was sufficient. Seeing that the room could sleep up to 4 people, they should provide more than just one face towel…

It was okay. Not having a fridge and having to buy cold drinks for our room was unexpected.

Staff were very friendly and understanding.

Our room was only half made up when we checked in. There was also no fridge in the room. This is the only reason we rated the hotel the way we did.

Room had an order of dog poop. We had dogs with us and there was a guest who had large dogs that weren’t in a leash. Bathtub didn’t drain well. mold and mildew in the shower.

Worst experience and stay I ever had

Walking into the room there was a really strong odor. I sprayed some perfume to maybe smell better but it didn’t. Come night time we pull out the couch bed and the mattress was DIRTY!!!!! Stained with what looked like dry blood. On the mattress was a piece of paper with a drawing that had 3 people and one holding a knife and the words “ how dare you” and the paper had what also looked like drops of dry blood. I called the front desk lady up to the room to show her and she said “ this looks like coffee or a brown marker” Ummm no ma’am coffee and brown marker does not look like what was on that paper. I only thought about taking a picture of the mattress and didn’t think about the paper cause the lady took it. We did move rooms but it was because I told her to move us she didn’t even offer. The breakfast was horrible, it looked like the gravy was a couple of days old and just reheated. Nothing fresh. That same night we were under a tornado warning and the front desk lady not once advised for anyone to take shelter, we all just took it upon ourselves to hide in the kitchen all while she was just sitting on her phone. I will never go back to that hotel ever again, only reason I booked there was for my daughter’s softball tournament and the hotel her team stayed had no more rooms which was across the freeway.
