The General Manager, was so nice & hospitable. He really cares for the guests & the hotel itself. He has decorated the entrey way with fresh flowers, a cute lil fish tank & there are REAL plants on every floor. Ive stayed @ multiple hotel & venues & the all feel dry, unpersonal, & very dull. The staff seem to be the same way. Lol. Not at this hotel, the hotel staff but 1 person, are so pleasant & easy to deal with, as well as going above & beyond. There was only one person that didnt provide the same, which caused my scoring to be low.
Nothing, everything was fantastic. Except for one thing, we only had 1 working burner on our stove.

I like that the facility accommodates pets staying with you, and that there's a kitchenette.
The bathroom, shower specifically, had previous guests hair in every place of it and the ceiling too. It either wasn't cleaned at all, or barely touched. Pretty disgusting.
