Dont stay there for families

Location is good but I would need a bigger room

Good location and clean rooms and space.

Room was quite small and with 3 adults it was a bit difficult. Parking is 69$ per day which is crazy. No breakfast and a with the price it’s not justifiable

Great hotel to stay at on a budget, just a little too close to the Tenderloin for my liking.

The property and room were clean, you needed a room key to access the lobby and the elevator, so it felt very secure. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. There’s a cafe in the lobby so easy access to coffee (although it’s expensive). It’s a small hotel, which made the experience feel a bit more personal. Great if you’re travelling on a budget.

Although the room and hotel were both clean, the fridge smelled like death whenever we opened it, so we weren’t able to use it. The location was both good and bad. Good because it was walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and Chinatown. Bad because it was right on the edge of the Tenderloin, so you it was a little sketch sometimes and you have to be very aware of your surroundings and where you’re walking because you can very easily stumble right in to the Tenderloin if you’re paying attention.

It was pleasant I just felt uncomfortable about the neighborhood.

Staff was great. The room was clean.

The area made me a little nervous when traveling with young children especially in the evening.

Excellent would definitely come back.

The room was spacious, the location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was clean and nice.

The bathroom was a little tight but over all loved staying here

Superb

The staff was great, the rooms were neat and clean, and overall, it was very comfortable.

They did over book the first night we were there. So we didn't get to enjoy our booked room until the next day.

Comfortable, clean stay

Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff in reception. Our safe got locked at one point and reception were quick to send someone up to fix it

Location felt a bit unsafe at night, quite a walk from union square. Food/drink options were limited and pricey

Door key did not work and locked me out of the room twice during the stay. The internet connection was patchy in the room.

Great location!

Great location near to Union Square, was easy to walk to some of the main San Francisco attractions. Room was small, but clean. Great having the Starbucks cafe on the ground floor.

Felt the rooms were a little dated.

Terrible

Got to hotel at almost midnight and the valet took forever to come, once they came they told us our car didn’t fit so we had to find parking 2 blocks away at midnight! Once we got in our room nothing works not the tv not the lamps or outlets. We got moved to another room same thing! It’s 1am we get moved again to a 3rd room. Terrible service no apologies just expected us to be okay with being moved from room to room

Friendly and professional staff.

There is a cafe on site and it is good, but hours are very limited…e.g. closed at 10:00am. No microwave in room.

A nice short break in a good location.

Clean, no stair access and very quiet. Downside was that there was no natural light. There was a fridge and good coffee making facilities.

Natural light in the room. The sockets were not placed in useful positions for the hair dryer nor the coffee machine.
