Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location...close enough to main areas but far enough not to be too busy/noisy. Breakfast was included which was a big bonus.

Big room, with a table, two large beds, a wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and even a dishwasher. There are all the utensils you need to cook and eat in the room. The beds are comfortable. The room also has an iron and a hairdryer. The hotel is in a central location, metro nearby. In the lobby, there are coffee machines and hot water for tea available 24/7.
The shower was disappointing — there was very little water pressure, the water never got really hot, and there is no proper shower enclosure, only a curtain, so water gets all over the bathroom floor.
The breakfast is very limited, with not much choice, and the food is simple. However, you can always find something to eat.

It looked like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable for being in a very busy location.
A lot of unnecessary waste and lack of focus on sustainability (plastic disposable cups every morning at breakfast and at the coffee bar), hotel staff threw my soap bar away, lack of supplies to independently clean and do dishes. Not very much natural light (only window faced another building).
