The room was clean.
We could not get the WIFI to work with our cell phone. Several attempts were made to connect. We have never had this to
happen at any other hotel or cottage rentals.
The TV reception was cutting in and out. We do not know if this was a cable issue or was tied to the WIFI problem.

Property was clean and comfortable.
Location. Property is not walkable and is not located in the heart of downtown. No shuttle so alot of extra expense going back and forth to downtown. Food and drinks where very expensive.

The location was great and the view was nice.
Staff not friendly or helpful. No instructions for where carts were located. Lobby was dirty when we walked in. They were very understaffed in restaurant.

We enjoyed ourselves. Great location, property was clean, staff was kind. Great weekend getaway for my husband & I
The prices for drinks at the bar were too high. $21 for a shot…that was ridiculous.

Very nice room and view. Parking great. Breakfast good.
The roof top bar was closed. Was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel over other options.

Hotel was nice and clean
The first morning there, staff unlocked the door and opened the bolt on the door using a tool to enter the room. We were told we had been given the wrong room and needed to pack everything up and leave the room. Someone had also been given access to our room overnight with a keycard.

Food was good.
Check in person needs a personality.
So did the people cooking the food. Neither liked their job.
Personally of the check in staff or the personality of the food serve or cook.

clean and quite. Parking was good as well. Front desk staff were very plesant and helpful. They seemed to really care about helping me and left me impressed with thier level of work. Nice job!
Breakfast area staff felt like she was demanding a tip. The whole situaiton made me feel unfomrtable and awkward. Very pushy about reciving a tip.

the view of harbor and close to downtown
We paid extra for our rooms with a balcony to spend time outside viewing the harbor which was the reason for upgrading the rooms. there was noisy construction outside so we couldn’t sit on our balconies. When I called the hotel prior to check in to upgrade ours rooms for the purpose of a balcony I was not informed on the phone about the noisy construction. After checking and trying to sit on the balcony the first day and unable to because of the noisy construction I hoped the construction would not happen the next day. The construction happened again the next day. I requested that due to the noise level and not being able to use the balcony which is why we upgraded that the rooms be charged the non upgrade rate $80. I was given a credit of $25.
We will stay at another location in the area on our next visit.
