Do quarto, com muito conforto e cozinha completa
O café da manhã oferecido, foi razoável comparando com outras acomodações similares. Afora que a máquina de suco estava estragada.

Breakfast could have been better stocked no orange or apple juice .no extras or very limited for waffles .
The heated pool wasn't very heated and the towels to dry off barely covered our bottom half

Billed for a day that I didn’t stay, after being told that I would not be billed for that day!
First room given, the bed still had signs of intercourse left behind because the sheets and pillowcases were not changed and the room had a foul smell coming from garbage disposal.

This hotel well exceeded my expectations. The room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were very roomy. It is very nice having a full kitchen.
The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but it was included, so it wasn't horrible for free. As I was checking in, the clerk informed there would be a $7 parking fee added to my bill. They didn't even ask if I was parking in the parking lot. I didn't recall seeing this fee when booking, but I was already there and the hotel was nice, so I didn't complain too much. I was only staying one night. Weird thing to me was they have a big parking lot for the hotel and it wasn't even close to full, so to have an extra fee for parking seemed odd. Just roll that into the cost, or make sure you ask people if they are driving a car before automatically adding it to the bill.

I liked the room layout. It is clever and efficient (I stayed in a one king suite with a living room and kitchen). I liked that the air-conditioning was set at 68ºF upon entry and that I did not have to wait for the room to cool down.
At check-in, the employee informed me that there was a $7 parking fee. (This felt like a gimmick to lower their room prices.) The state of the room made it impossible for me to sleep: (1) the air quality was terrible upon entry. It had a thick musky odor. After being in there for 5 minutes, I felt my nasal tissue swell up, and within an hour, my throat was scratchy. If you stay here, I recommend you take advantage of cracking open the window the 1" they permit you to do. Or, bring some hex keys and a screwdriver so you can open all the windows more fully. (2) The refrigerator had a constant whir, making you think you have tinnitus. (3) The mattress felt like years past due to being replaced. It offered little to no support. (4) I woke up and discovered that the bed I had just slept in had a terrible stain on the skirt. It was clear that someone had spilled something on the bed. I wonder if this is where the musk and scratchy throat came from. I felt so grossed out.
I informed the front desk of the stain at check-out and showed them the picture I attached to this review, and they told me they were sorry, informed me that it would be taken care of for the next guest, and gave me $20 off. The consolation does not alleviate my disgust or encourage me to return.
The breakfast options were some of the worst I had seen at any hotel. Eggs, thin ham, bagels, muffins, bland cereals, yogurt, grits, and a waffle maker. Of course, all of the cooked items were likely microwaved. None of it had flavor. When I got up to get a waffle, I left my plate and silverware on the table so I would not have to grab more utensils and ensure my seat was not taken. Within 30 seconds, the attendant cleared my table, threw away the utensils, and someone took my seat. (Normally a minor issue, but at this point, I was pretty disappointed, and it only exacerbated.)
All in all, the value of this hotel was terrible. I would not pay more than $89/night. Do not stay here.

I like the value the cleanest and the accommodating breakfast when you're traveling for business. I like and enjoy the exercise room. The best thing about it is the kitchen area during the stay on the desk area while you're working. The staff is friendly.
The only thing if you're traveling for business if you wanna use or say you have a business center there's only one printer and it's really not a business center to use. Not to mention they allow kids to play on the business computers which is a hindrance when you are busy on the don't need to get something printed. The other thing would be the washer and dryer not working on the payments only two washers and two dryers are working. Be nice to have an actual volunteer person off of drinks but that's neither here or there.

the location with a kitchen
The bed we slept on was broken. A wood piece from the frame fell off every time we sat down and we had to position it back in place, very uncomfortable mattress as well. When we asked for our room to be cleaned it took two days to get someone to clean it. Very Nice staff, there just didn't seem to be enough. Also would recommend cleaning the tops of the fridges, they are that tall so you can see all the dirt. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbor's TV loud and late. We stayed for a week, so we noticed more than we would have in a short stay . I'll also never get used to people having multiple large dogs in hotels. I wish there were "no pet rooms" without the dander..

The available amenities and design were nice.
Having to pay $7 / night for Parking! Not good for a smaller town that already has parking that anyone could have parked in.
Would be nice to have ice machines on each floor, to keep from going to 1st floor.
