We stayed there to go to the Kane Brown concert

The location of the hotel was perfect. You could walk to different areas near the hotel if you wanted to or drive to different local spots that weren’t far either. The hotel was amazing and will recommend it to everyone.

I wish we would have asked more about the parking situation as we weren’t sure where else to park

Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a good hotel in Pittsburgh!

The hotel was close to the arena we were seeing a show at. The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly, parking was easily accessible, and our room was wonderful.

2023年10月時点でもマスクをしてきてほしいなどのコロナ禍で送信されていたようなメールが宿泊前に届き、管理が行き届いていな印象をもった。

Price was much greater than what we expected with taxes and fees.

Dogs barked a lot.

I liked the location, breakfast and spacious room.

I didn't like that I had a room next to dogs. They barked a lot. Everyone should know this hotel allows dogs to stay in any room. There are no pet designated rooms. Dogs could have been sleeping on the couches, beds or chairs in any room. Potential for tucks, fleas, dog dander. We won't be staying at this hotel ever again.

Very nice clean and spacious room. This is a good location to be near the vibrant Strip District.

Overall great place, perfect location.

Nice amenities. Great gym. Friendly staff. Big, clean lobby with gorgeous outdoor patio

Kitchen stocked with very limited supplies. No dish soap, no dishwasher tab, no dish towel. 3 people in the room and only enough bath towels for one. 2 night stay and no house keeping services.

I love that they have lotion in a pump bottle attached to the wall in the vanity area, then in the large shower they have shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash in pump.containers attached to the wall. They all smell really clean and fresh! Hypoallergenic Staff is very friendly

I was under impression parking was included but it wasn't, there is a 7 dollar parking tax a night and parking was 20 a night May be better off just paying the attendant to park in the lot next to the hotel. It would be cheaper.

Had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay on our weekend trip in Pittsburgh. Hotel was amazing and I would highly recommend

They charge you for parking. We checked in around 4:00 our key cards didn’t work. Representative came up and opened our room and it was occupied by another guest. The lobby and the hallways were hot as a oven. When asked if they could turn the heat down they said no. The poor cleaning staff were sweating from head to toe. Only one elevator worked.

Comfortable Home away from Home

The Happy Gathering hour on Wednesday night worked out perfectly -- as we had just driven a long way and so it was relaxing to have the Soup and Salad -- along with beer and wine.

EXCELLENT

THE ROOM WAS PERFECT, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY.IT WAS GREAT HAVING PARKING THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR. CLEANIESS OF HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT.

We frequent this hotel. They have the best breakfast, rooms are always clean, and comfortable. The location is on point. Close to the strip shopping, but the front entrance is not extremely busy.

They took over the parking lot next to the building and charge $20 now. We use to pay $10 a day to the people running the lot. Also the front desk people aren't always the happiest. But everyone has bad days.

Disappointing and ripped off for the price

Locate not bad, not great but not bad.

Blood on sheets. Loud noise from wall couldn’t tell if it was water line or what making noise. Person upstairs woke us up they were so loud. Lighting not working over sink. 1.5 hours to get an extra blanket.
