Beautiful. The entire property is breathtaking. We have stayed 3 previous times but this is the first time in a premiere double and love the extra space and a 2 bathroom setting.

The service was amazing. We ate in 3 hotel restaurants and the food was quality in all 3. The manager and waiters in the Palm Court were top of the line. Helpful and friendly.
Since it's a very old building accessibility was difficult .We had cousins meet us ,1 with a walker, and there was no way to avoid stairs.

The location is excellent, right in old town of Pittsburgh. There are several restaurants in the hotel. 12 elevators in total.
It was super busy when we stayed at hotel, wedding, hockey teams, a bit chaos.

Staff was friendly.
Parking for guests is $60.00 per day. This is ridiculous, especially when you are already spending a lot of money for the rooms. Definitely will not be back because of the price of the valet service.
