Hotel complessivamente accettabile

people will steal your personal things

someone stole my wallet from my room! very disgusted ands disappointed that someone would actually do that and then charge my cards - will never stay here again.

Overall not good experience

Nothing to be honest

There are many things needed to be done Small hallways, steps in hallways which make it harried to move around. The rooms are super small, there wasn’t hand soap available, they have charged me for $6 Canadian which I don’t know why, I was there for one night. The parking is super expensive

Loved the vibes and would definitely stay again

Beautiful lobby and restaurant. So fun to explore and use the typewriter, record player, library. Room and bathroom was very nice and clean.

They said we had a queen bed but it was very obviously a full lol, it was fine though

It was a decent night other than the mini fridge

Front desk was quick, Ac was on, friendly

Mini fridge did not work so leftovers were spoiled. My girlfriend and myself have been staying here every year for 6years and sometimes multiple times. We call this our hotel. But lately there seems to be more and more issues. Either ac not working right, mini fridge not working, not working, not receiving our reservation, shower flooding. We love this hotel but something seems to keep happening lately.

Great hotel in Pitt

Excellent location, super easy to find. Great restaurant, walkable location, nice staff. Our go to location for PPG arena events.

The size of our room(it was supposed to be a king room) was very small and oddly laid out

Too expensive for what was offered.

Parking was to expensive and the rooms were too little. There was no complimentary coffee and the staff were not pleasant at at all. They were not mean however, a little bit of kindness and courtesy would have been appreciated.

the stay was great but the room could be bigger.

we enjoyed the service of the staff loved the way the lobby looked and how easy it was to get everywhere from the hotel

we didn’t like the fact that our room was so small in the pictures it looked like open and a lot of space. But when we got there we had no room to walk around the desk was directly infront of the bed and there was an Amour right in the walk way of the room that was in the was.

Would stay again.

Staff very friendly and the location had everything we wanted in close distance. The room was cleaned daily. Couldnt have asked for more.

The room was a little smaller than I hoped and the view from the window is just a giant car park so had to keep curtains / blinds closed all the time.

Cute decor and great location to access all downtown Pittsburgh by foot!

Excellent lobby, great location with walking distance to all of downtown Pittsburgh. The bed was comfortable, I slept well!

Room was small, and the fridge was too cold. Ended up freezing my food.

There was dust on everything & after removing the sheets I saw stains- Horribly disgusted afterwards I can’t lie.

If it were more than one night, we wouldn’t have stayed in the same room.

The location, the lobby, and the Staff were amazing!

The room. It was disappointingly much smaller than what we booked for online. There was a bandaid hanging from the smoke detector (apparently from the previous guest) to cover the green light.

The valet was quick and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

9th floor room was very small, almost criminal to charge for a "room" that small. The valet was fast and accommodating. Good location to PPG arena plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was nice to sit on at night.

Expensive for the type of service received.

Good location.

Rooms are tiny. Asked multiple time for house keeping and it never happened. Had breakfast in the hotel the first day, food was atrocious and coffee disgusting.

Pleasant

Clean, great location, we loved the building and beautiful lobby but had other issues.

First had room on the 8th floor but was really small with very little room to move for two people but pipes were making loud noise and we couldn't take the noise. We then went to lobby and was changed to slightly larger room but pipe noises continued. We didn't complain because the room was adequate but the pipe noise was loud and lasted all night and morning. We still like the hotel but would need a larger room without the noisy pipes next time.
