The staff was friendly

Everything! It was dirty bugs all over from roaches to ants bugs on the bed too dirty

Ya get what ya pay for

Had two beds in each room. Both rooms were on the same floor.

Kitchens had stove top but no cookware or cutlery so could not cook. Free breakfast was advertised but not available. Requested rooms be as close together as possible but were given rooms on complete opposite ends of the hotel.

Refrigerator, microwave, and stove in the room were convenient. The parking lot was quiet.

Had to pay for coffee packets.

Was OK, would not stay there again unless repaired

Close to hospital we needed to visit for sick relative.

Smell of mold, cracked ceiling in the bathroom that had water come out of it the first morning we were there, faucet and shower head dripped. Had 3 cockroaches in the room, and ants.

The stuff was extremely kind and nice Made me wanna stay

I didn't even stay the night I paid for I had? To leave. Immediately? As soon. As we unpacked? We. Had? To pack. Right? Up. And leave because. Soon's I lifted up my bed blanket and sheets that was bugs all in the bed. I don't know what bed bugs look like but those were long red looking ants but not ants .

Ceanliness needs to be improved and better communication. Hotel Letter to customers is poorly writt

Communication is Horrible. Upon any individual receives confirmation of Reservation, the hotel should advise the Customers, they should be advised to bring their own plates, silverware, napkins, serving or stirring cooking ware and pots n pans. You Do not have a Full Kitchen. Full kitchen means full frigerated, or oven, and larger Microwave Oven - outletedges needs heavy cleaning. and microwave oven, Stove hood needs cleaning and rust remover and repainted. First room had roaches on the bed. and bathroom. 2nd Room no bugs but "kitchen:" needs serious cleaning. Bathroom counter

rules are not being enforced in smoking and pot smoking

It was an effective and affordable option for a short weekend trip.

Had everything for an economical option for a weekend stay. Air conditioning was great. Water pressure was fantastic.

Shower curtain didn’t hold back the water in the way it should have. Location was just okay.

The Staff, the manager Luce. Were very understanding and refunded the charges. They were understanding.

Room size is smaller than it looks online. Lots of pot, drug, prostitutes in the building. Our room smelled of weed and our neighbor was smoking weed. No place for us to stay. Its a non smoking hotel....

We enjoyed our stay but it has too many rules.

The room was clean and tidy.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for coffee, it isn’t included in the room, also I didn’t like the fact that you had to take trash out before you check out your room. The room had a weird smell in it when we first arrived, we had to use freshener to get rid of the smell.

i refused to stay

nothing . it was filthy and I didn’t feel safe

the room only had a full bed I booked a room for 2 people and was expecting 2 queens . when I booked it said they had free airport shuttle and there was none. I did not stay and had to find last minute accommodations

My first and last time staying!

I have nothing nice to say and there was nothing I liked about my stay!

When I went to go check in, the office was closed. This was Friday night around 11:00pm and the office was closed! My room key stopped work 3 different times. My room smelled! There was trash and cigarettes butts everywhere outside on the property.
