stayed with my nephew and niece to visit my brother and had an amazing time

The property was beautiful, spacious, and had everything you need to feel at home. The host was very easy to access and answered all questions promptly

I love everything about the property. There was nothing I did not like.

Nice pool. But has roaches and the floors are very grimmy.

Mr. Warren, I regrettably write this email about your rental property being just not up to par. Your rental property has american cockroaches. Also tour bathroom floor has duct tape hold it together. Also the floors are are very dirty, the grout is black and the tile needs to be scrubbed there is black dirt ground into the the tile. The carpets are very stained and and very grimmy feeling under your feet. Also the pool patio loungers are very grimmy covered in black stuff, were unable to lay on them not sure what it is. I honestly didn't want to stay there, but with 5 kids and my wife we had no where else to go and no money to try and go anywhere else. I made your rental property people aware of my issues and they requested the pictures that I took. I will be sending them to them after I send you this email and pictures. I spent my entire night going through every bag I had the because we found bugs in my baby's blanket. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I had to pay. Not sure what to do or to say at this point.
