L’hotel è in una posizione ottima: una zona tranquilla ma con tutte le necessità a portata di mano e vicino alla metro. Lo staff gentilissimo, abbiamo gradito molto le bevande calde e fredde a disposizione gratuitamente. Il letto molto comodo e la camera silenziosa.
La camera è più piccola di quello che appare nelle foto. La pulizia non è come mi aspettavo, alcuni dettagli come i muri del bagno e gli appendi asciugamano non erano molto puliti.

the location is amazing, staff were really friendly and everything was clean. Also, a plus that hot beverages were free of charge until 22:00.

The location was very good, there are many bars and restaurants around. It is also very close to different lines of the subway which makes it easier to move around the city.
The room was comfortable but it was smaller than expected according to the photos. The street is quiet but if other guests are in the corridor you can hear everything.

The room was clean and comfortable. Whilst small it was as we expected.
The only slight difficulty we encountered was access. There are 2 doors into the room and manoeuvring through them, especially with suitcases, wasn't easy.

the central location ; reception area;the overall area is a really exciting shopping destination ; on a good subway line , close to major interesting destinations; staff was kind and serviable ; very good restaurant choices on several nearby streets
had two twin beds and would have liked a double bed but the hotel was full

The free coffee from the coffee machine downstairs is quite tasty. The staffs are very nice and helpful, thank you very much btw:) And the location is absolutely perfect, you can go many places on foot or through the metro nearby. This area is safe and lively.
The room is small and they use the real key which is not so convenient and safe.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a short walk from the Gare du Nord and Garde de l’Est and to walk to the centre.
The room was very big with a nice bathroom, I didn’t get the one shown in the pictures, but it was quite similar. It didn’t have a coffee machine as shown in the photo, but the hot drinks in the reception were free, so it was even better. It was quite clean overall, so happy with that.
The reception staff were great, very attentive, nice and charismatic. I give them 5 stars!
I had to leave the room key in the reception before leaving.

It's clean and the location is quite good. Just 5-10mins to the subway station. The breakfast is good. But I am not sure whether it's value for money.

Really big comfortable bed (firm) and good location. Value for money.
Our room was on the ground floor and was off a little courtyard where hotel guests could sit. This was nice but some of the guests were a little loud if you are sensitive sleeper.

The location of the hotel.
The window was facing the courtyard. You could hear each word from people sitting there, the lobby etc.. Also in the morning during breakfast very noisy. Lot of people were smoking in the courtyard and smoke went directly into our room. Very small room & no AC.
