The glorious dining area! The crazy awesome deep tub in the bedroom. The incredibly beautiful art deco decor! Love this place I will be back…
No complaints!

Love the architecture
Definitely not the amenities or services of a top rated hotel. Very small rooms. Inconvenient location and very hard to find especially after dark. No I’m room coffee maker, microwave or fridge. No spa. Area is very rundown

The hotel is amazing, great room, clean, confortable and nice view from the rooftop. The staff at reception are very kind. You also get a 35USD voucher each day to use during your stay.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location - we were worried about the reputation that Downtown LA has but we found the area to be reasonably quiet but close to lots of great bars and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, beds are comfy and there was even a jazz band playing on the rooftop at night - highly recommend!

Bed was very comfortable, and the staff very nice. Hotel decor is very pretty. The area where is located gives you the chance ti move around LA if you’re there on vacations.
During the night I wouldn’t walk alone around the hotel.
The sidewalk around the hotel wasnt very clean

Beautiful interiors and attention to detail.
Expensive bar/cafe/restaurant, additional resort tax to pay that added significant amount to stay.

Hotel and pool was nice. Downtown is not touristic, a lot of homeless people.
You have to use private transportaion like car or taxi...
On the rooftop its very nice...
I think the deposit you can use well for drinks on the bar or in the restaurant, but maybe it would happen otherwise too. Dont know if its needed...

Pool and hotel itself beautiful and staff were very helpful and friendly
Food at the restaurant was completely average and overpriced. $40 for a bowl of pasta that was pretty flavourless. We ordered room service one night and it was disgusting which was so disappointing. The chicken and avocado sandwich felt like it had been dipped in oil before serving. For the prices and a 5 star hotel, the food options were extremely poor overall.

Nice stylish hotel, comfy beds, nice bathroom, clean. Spacious rooms.
Terrible reception service, everything takes time and the receptionist told us, she doesn't see our booking reservation, so that we need to pay the current price.

My room was very nice with a street view and bathtub. Really enjoyed breakfast in the spacious dining area. (The breakfast staff was exceptional.) Also enjoyed visiting the rooftop. The downtown location was really good for me.
The receptionists sometimes get backed up with guests checking in and out. The process is not streamlined. I don't believe this hotel should charge a daily resort fee. A number of guests had billing issues. Evidently, the hotel's system did not know that I had upgraded my room reservation, so I needed to change rooms. To get to 5 Stars, this hotel needs to get a lot of little things right.

Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer sehr sauber. Insbesondere der Pool und das sehr freundliche Personal ist zu empfehlen.
Das „Frühstück“ im Café unten war frech teuer und nicht gut

Beautiful design and spacious rooms, with super comfortable beds and lots of day light. The rooftop is amazing and the hotel has lots of areas to work as well as relax. The food is also great.
I wouldnt recommend to walk around and wander in downtown LA but everyhting is more than fine by car.

The property was good in general. Only thing that caught my attention was that around the lobby there was a faul smell at all times. But that was the only place that smell remained. Other than that all was great!
Only the reception area smell. All else was great!

Gorgeous room, the bath, shower, and bed were all stars. Loved the rooftop bar during the day and sunset.

This was one of the most stunning hotels we have ever stayed in! The room was a decent size, contemporary and so beautifully decorated. The parking valet was good and the facilities, i.e. the gym, pool and roof top bar were great. The hotel is just around the corner from some restaurants and a Starbucks. We would very happily return and absolutely recommend.
The only let downs were the noise, lack of in-room tea/coffee facilities and location, however we would totally recommend.
