The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was pretty good but aging. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were very helpful. The room closet was large. The elevator was very good and the view from our terrace after walking up a few steps was panoramic, including the Graca Convent.
There was a bit of peeling wallpaper in the closet. The room safe has a physical key instead of the normal keypad and we would have had to give a 50 euro deposit for the key so we kept valuables locked in our suitcases. The hotel is pretty high up the hill and there are steep roads and lots of steps to go up if you're returning from Rossio say.

Very clean nice hotel in an excellent location close to everything. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful patio balcony. It was so quiet and peaceful on the patio balcony late at night. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good and started nice and early so we could enjoy before our flight out.
No complaints.
