The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. When we complained about the room they moved us the next day to one with a better view. They were so friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.
The rooms we had were small and very plain with no balcony and not like the photos they had shown on Booking.com. There is a particular one on Booking.com that should be removed as it is obviously doctored (the one with the man outside the window looking as though he's sitting on a balcony).
We would have been ok with the room if the price had reflected how basic it was but we had deliberately paid more for the opulent style the photos depicted. We are not usually this extravagant, but it was a special occasion.
