Staff was simply amazing. We regret that we haven't asked her name but she did even practice her French with us! Access and location was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Roma
The bed was simply awful, not comfortable and resulted in aches in the morning that we had to overcome in order to start the day and enjoy our visit. While we rated the view as bad, we have no complaint since this was not the objective of the room.

Breakfast was very nice, location was good. Air conditioning was good and cold. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
There was nothing that needed improvement

Loved the location. Felt close to everything I wanted to see.
I wished the signage had been bigger

Location was very good, withing walking distance of all the main attractions
Breakfast room could be bigger, having to give a time for breakfast when we arrived for the duration of our stay was not ideal with 2 children on board.
And then having to wait because someone else had taken out spot and table, not great in my opinion.
