The location was perfect. Close to metro. We enjoyed the terrace and walkability. Silvia was quick to respond and check-in/out was simple.

I was with a group of 3 women from the States, making London the first stop on our trip before Edinburgh and Dublin. This was our first time in England and the location of the flat was perfect, close to the train and a bus stop directly infront of the building. There was night time security which was most appreciated. The apt was very clean and had everything we could need. The outdoor terrace of the flat and outdoor space on the first floor are great commodities for moderate weather. Most of all Silvia was great. She allowed us an early checkin, answered all questions, volunteered to let us hold our luggage in the building to sightsee after checkout, and even looked for a potential left behind item. She was very gracious and accommodating and I would 100 percent recommend her flat.

This suite is in a building that is easy to find and the location is fantastic. A minute walk to the shops and take out, and a few minutes to the Farringdon station, which is easy to get to from Gatwick and links you up expertly with many other lines and stations at many landmarks. Stay here.

Great apartment! Silvia has it stocked with everything you need. Comfortable and cozy. Nice neighborhood close to British Museum and Russell Square with good restaurants easy transportation. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to. Silvia answered any question we had and made the check in process easy.

The checkin process was a breeze. Silvia was helpful and responsive. Property is close to train and tube station. Nice terrace and quiet courtyard location. Clean and well appointed.

New transport station for Thameslink and the new Elizabeth Tube line is beautiful and only seven minutes away! The apartment is completely renovated and clean as a whistle. Pool below was often open and because of heat wave was marvelous for all of us to use after hard days of sightseeing. Great to be able to use the washer dryer.

This property had everything and more. Excellent in all details and so much provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Silvia was so good and the area is fantastic - oldest Italian Deli in London just a few metres away. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Also, we especially loved the terrace.

Silvia was very helpful and check-in was a breeze. The outdoor space is great, and I wish the weather was more cooperative. Lots of storage space and supplies for the kitchen, bath, and pool/gym. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and buses and tube very close. Having a friendly concierge to accept packages and keep an eye on luggage was a bonus. Ideal for a couple. One silly note: it has great water pressure in the kitchen and bath!

The flat was perfect for me and my husband. The building is safe and has elevators, and the location was ideal for us. Silvia’s detailed instructions to find the apartment were great, and she was responsive to questions we had during our week-long stay. We look forward to staying here again on future trips!

Appartamento in posizione centrale e strategica, tranquillo e fornito di tutto. Le nostre figlie hanno apprezzato la zona benessere del complesso con piscina ping pong e palestra. A non più di 2 minuti a piedi piccolo supermercato e negozio italiano con ottimi prodotti. Speriamo di ritornare in primavera estate per sfruttare il bellissimo terrazzo.

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia nelle vacanze di Natale (2 adulti e 2 bambini, ma la casa puó ospitare fino a 5 persone). L'appartamento é accogliente, esattamente come nelle foto, e dotato di ogni comfort: elettrodomestici di ogni tipo (lavatoviglie, lavatrice, ferro stiro, phon, microonde, macchinetta caffé...), ma anche sapone per i piattì, dentifricio, shampoo, balsamo e dispensa provvista di alcune vivande, fornite dalla proprietaria, molto apprezzate da noi viaggiatori all'arrivo! Pensate a una cosa e nell'appartamento potete trovarla. Meglio che in hotel! Supermercati e negozi vicini, comodissimo a tutti i trasporti pubblici, sia da e per l'aeroporto sia per visitare la cittá. Dall'aeroporto di Gatwich, un treno (Thameslink) in meno di 1 ora porta a una fermata vicinissima alla casa (Farringdon). Piscina condominiale riscaldata (acqua 30 gradi) e asciugamani forniti dalla proprietaria. Le mie bambine si sono divertite moltissimo, l'hanno usata ogni sera, al rientro dalle nostre visite alla cittá. C'é anche una palestra e una sala giochi con calciobailla e ping pong. Ultimo, ma non ultimo, la cortesia e la disponibilitá della proprietaria: grazie Silvia per la tua gentilezza, per le tue attenzioni verso gli ospiti e per averci accolto nel tuo caldo e confortevole nido . Alla prossima occasione torneremo con grande piacere!

Great stay. Quiet at night despite being in central London. Great area. The kids loved the table tennis and pool in the complex.

The apartment is really comfortable, with a lovely terrace and enough space for three or four people. The kitchen is provided with toaster, microwave oven, washing machine and even a dishwasher. All is tidy and clean. In the building there’s an open access fitness area with warm pool, sauna gym, table tennis. Silvia has been a perfect host: even though she wasn’t in London, she managed to organise our check in and check out with effectiveness and flexibility. Definitely an experience to be repeated.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Londres (2 adultes et 2 enfants), l'appartement est certes petit mais tout y est et la salle de fitness avec piscine bien chaude est très appréciable après une bonne journée de visite. Très bon accueil et disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement.

Sylvia was one of the best hosts I've ever had in terms of communication. She let us check in late when our plane arrived from Dublin. The flat was very clean. It was in such a lovely neighborhood with such great restaurants nearby and a tube station just a 7 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Sylvia!!

This place was great. It’s smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it worked for my husband, my daughter, and me. We don’t spend time in our lodgings. We’d rather be on the go. The WIFI was weak, but again, we were there mostly to sleep. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics. The bathroom was updated. Silvia was very friendly and was punctual in meeting us and settling us in. We would stay again when we return to London.

Our stay here was awesome! Communication with Silvia was a breeze and the check in/out process was seemless! We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in central London in a calm neighborhood and secure community. It fits 4 adults comfortably!

Apartment was great. Clean, comfortable, safe and a good location. We really enjoyed our stay. Stayed for 8 days and would have liked to stay longer. Apartment was convenient to shopping and the underground and within walking distance (1-2 miles) of most of the major tourist spots. Building is very quiet and felt very safe. Very happy with our experience.
