Had a kitchen and washing machine, bedrooms and bathrooms were large sized for European rooms. Pull out couch bed was high quality and comfortable. Bar downstairs was tasty. Check in was at the bar which worked well for our group to have lunch and drink while waiting for checkin. They also stored our luggage so we could explore the area before checkin. Staff were all great. Located right off the station for convenient travel from airport. Breakfast was excellent. Bar man carried our luggage- 4 cabin bags- up 4 flights of stairs. Tasty gluten free brownies as housewarming gift was a really nice touch.
Bring earplugs. Rail line is immediately downstairs. Didn’t have any bar noise, but the train noise was more significant than expected and the door to the apartment would rattle like someone was trying to access the apartment when the downstairs door was opened and closed. Only an issue if sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Had to go down stairs for questions, concerns, and sheets for pullout bed. 4th floor, no elevator, which we knew as advertised.

I am a regular here. I got the usual cheerful helpful staff, a great room and good food
I am partially sighted so the fashionable low level lighting in the room is uncomfortable. (Probably fine for normal people)

Really lovely room, plenty of space, nicely upgraded, great location for my travel from the airport the day before and to the Cotswolds the day after.
Unfortunately when I went to take my shower the water temperature was only scorching hot. Cold water was reaching the sink, but not the shower.
