The apartment is equipped with all amenities, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The living room has wood paneling, with hand-painted ceilings depicting the history of architecture from the pyramids to the present day. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A kitchen cabinet equipped with everything you need to make kitchenette. The house is located a few meters from Piazza Navona, and in the heart of the historic center. From here you can easily walk to all the main monuments, churches and places of tourist attraction in the capital. A leisurely walk through the Baroque palaces and Roman ruins can be reached in less than half an hour, the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.

We had an excellent stay. Roberto was very responsive and check in was quick and informative. Prior to arriving Roberto provided all the details needed for smooth arrival. Appreciated the travelling tips on airport trains and taxis. Roberto has an informative book in the apartment with all info needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is amazing-close to all sights and great restaurants. Walking distance to everything. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. Coffee available for the morning was a nice touch. Bialetta/nesspresso :) Beds are super comfortable and the decor in the apartment had a quaint European feeling-loved everything about it. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at CasaSimi. Roberto was an excellent host. He atranged for our airport pickup and suggested a private tour concierge who was fabulous which made our first visit to Rome so easy and memorable. The apartment complex is in a perfect location for quiet comfortable sleeping and easy walking to all popular sites. We’d reserve again without hesitation.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 adult children. The kids shared the downstairs bedroom (twin beds) and bathroom/shower and the wife and I were in the loft w/dedicated bathroom/shower. This place was awesome as it is centrally located to all points of interest. Roberto was there to greet us on check-in and gave us the name of his favorite restaurant (true Roman food)….”L” on the map of the yellow binder. Roberto also arranged for private transport from the airport to the VRBO, VRBO to Roma Termini, and Roma Termini to the airport on our way home (12 days after staying at his VRBO). There was an A/C ( mini-split) in every room which blew cold the entire stay. I would have no issue booking again!
