We invite you to visit our cozy corner directly overlooking St. Peter’s church, just a few steps away from the Vatican. You could stay in a finely furnished structure and comfortably enjoy your ideal vacation in Rome.
It feels like home. An ancient building of '900 in the center of Rome, located in the elegant Vatican district, a precious corner overlooking the dome of St. Peter. apartment offers 3 bedrooms: one single and two doubles. All rooms are provided with a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, LED TV HD, Wi-Fi, toiletries.
From our apartment you can walk to the main monuments of Rome in a few minutes: from the Vatican and the Vatican Museums to Castel Sant'Angelo, from the Spanish Steps to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Campo dei Fiori.
The underground station Ottaviano is only 5-minute walk and our location allows easy access to all the amenities in Rome.
All our rooms have a bathroom en suite. They are elegant, comfortable and spacious, equipped with every comfort. The two doubles, Lavanda and Quadrifoglio, have a privileged view of the St. Peter’s dome and the single one, Rosa, has a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from St. Peter’s Basilica. There is even a convenient underpass right outside, so you can cross the street safely without having to dodge Rome's busy traffic.The apartment itself was fantastic. It has an elevator to the third floor, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and the A/C blew ice-cold, which was amazing to come home to. Because the location is so central, we were easily able to pop back to the apartment to rest and recharge between our morning and afternoon adventures.Logistics were a breeze. There are several coffee shops and restaurants right outside, making it easy to grab coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. Plus, the taxi stands were just around the corner and to the right, so we never had to wait around for a ride.A special thank you to Livio, who was our host! He was incredibly kind, met us right at the apartment, and took the time to show us how everything worked.We would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Livio!

Located next to Vatican City and within walking distance of many attractions, it is a very convenient location. The apartment is the perfect set up for two couples with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The host is very responsive and quick to attend to any needs that arise. We loved our stay stay in Rome and would definitely stay here again!

This place is the BEST. All the charm of old Rome with all the modern comforts. We traveled with 5 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Two of the rooms have a view of the St Peter's Basilica. Being just outside Vatican City you are in walking distance to many attractions, with coffee, snacks, wonderful restaurants, and lots of tourist shops just outside your door. The host was very helpful and available but not intrusive at all. I would highly recommend staying here.

The owner and his associates were the most friendly and helpful group of people whom I have had the honor to stay with. The location is beyond fantastic. To be almost inside the Vatican complex is priceless. Livio, his wife and compatriots were extraordinarily helpful in every way. We three pilgrims accomplished the Jubilee 2025 with a wonderful base of operations. God bless them all.
