The location was amazing, the pool an amazing respite on a hot day after sightseeing

The hotel is beautifully designed, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere, and the location is very nice. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and the staff truly stood out - always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed.
The room is very small. It worked fine for us since we only stayed one night with carry-on luggage, but it might feel tight for longer stays.
Cleanliness: Not quite 100%-unfortunately, we found hairs in the shower.
The floor also squeaked quite a bit.
Accessibility: Keep in mind that there is no elevator, though the staff was very helpful with carrying luggage up the stairs.

Excellent location, an area full of lovely bars and restaurants; the main attractions were within walking distance, with a stroll along streets offering enchanting views. A very elegant hotel, with a simple and uncluttered room. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of variety and good-quality produce. Very friendly staff, always on hand to help with any needs.
The room was a bit small and basic for the price, but very quiet and with a view of the inner courtyard and the city’s rooftops.

Staff were very nice.
Room was very different from the rooms in the pictures. Actually, it did not correspond to any pictures. Floor and paint in not great condition. Heating / airco with problems. Wifi did not work in the room and I had to work from there.
We "complained" and were told they were full and could only give us a smaller room at another hotel.
