The location is perfect as your within reasonable walking distance of all the main sights. It felt a safe place to stay, spacious family rooms and really lovely staff
Rooms were alittle dark as only a small window but on a city break we tend to spend most of our time exploring so it didnt bother us too much

Friendly staff, great location, and comfortable room for a solo traveller! They were happy to look after my bags pre and post check in which was lovely, and were very helpful with my lack of Italian customs. I was able to walk to many restaurants and bars in the area, and multiple major sights are all within easy walking distance.
The shower spray was so forceful the curtain didn’t stop it and it leaked out of the bathroom onto the floor outside. I was able to mop it up with a towel and prevent it again by just having it at a low pressure but a little sign would be useful to warn future guests!

The location is excellent. Many cafe sand shops around. Supermarket close by. The outstanding aspect of the hotel is the staff. They were extremely helpful to me as I was unwell during my stay.
The hotel is quite shabby and in need of repairs. It is overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast is quite poor with very few choices.
