The cleanliness of the room and soundproofed windows.
The slamming of the security door that separates the hotel rooms from outsiders is too loud. There was no bottles of water provided which is fine and we could drink from the tap, but it would be good to be told about it upfront. Kettle would be good.

Easy access from the main road. Friendly staff. Not a luxury hotel but clean and great value for money.

Friendly staff - helpful people at reception. Good standards of everything and very clean at a very reasonable price. Location super handy by car, though a little way from railway station. I had to leave too early to try their breakfast, so can't review that
Nothing really. My visit was short but no complaints.
