Quiet hotel, excellent value for the all round quality.

Esperaba mucho más

Las habitaciones muy amplias

El spa deja mucho q desear para un 5 estrellas. Muy pequeño y caro para lo que tiene. El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación hacia mucho ruido y no enfriaba. Una camarera que está en la Piscina llamada Irene ( pocas ganas de trabajar y muy antipática con todo el mundo) en general no volveré. Gracias

Para no olvidar.

Lo que mas me gustó fue la variedad de restaurantes dentro del hotel. El personal del hotel también fue maravilloso. Lo único malo fue que tuvimos que avisar para que nos limpiaran la habitación, en ese aspecto mejorable.

Lo malo fue que dos días consecutivos tuvimos que avisar de que por favor nos limpiaran la habitación, a parte de eso todo excepcional. Buen sitio, buena comida, buen ambiente, muy limpias todas las instalaciones.

Very good

The pool opens about at 10am but towels are available only at 11. So you need to wait. Waiters don’t speak English. Food is simple but there are a lot of healthy dishes. In my opinion it’s 4 stars not 5.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel

The hotel bedroom was nice and clean however we did pay a lot for a suite

The hotel entertainment was all Spanish, none of the staff spoke any English. We ordered lunch from the pool bar and it was like eating cardboard. The entertainment was exceptionally loud and didn’t finish until 1:00am, they even mocked an English song and everyone was laughing at the expensive of the legendary band Queen. The breakfast wasn’t very nice, limited choice. There wasn’t many bars or restaurants nearby. The main pool was closed to the public for the last 2 days. We stayed for 4 nights and the suite cost us €2,800 which was extortionate. The lifts are small and dated as are the stairs up to the rooms. The corridors are dark and gloomy. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Good hotel in a great location, but needs a little attention in some areas

The staff were really friendly and the location was great. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and it was well stocked. The complimentary bottle of wine delivered to our room for my husband’s birthday was a nice touch.

The outdoor pools are in need of refurbishment, there were lots of missing tiles. The air conditioning in our room was not very effective and we found it difficult to sleep for this reason.

Lovely hotel, food was very averages and the bar was absolutely soulless

Room was excellent for us as a family with two lovely bedrooms and a lounge in between

Sadly in a not very nice area with some pretty awful restaurants nearby

Good modern room, but location of this property lets it down, good for short stay.

Nice clean modern room. The hotel is 4* realistically

Location is poor, and not on the beach, it's is public and not clean. Also the hotel charging extra for sauna isnt exceptable The DJ in the afternoons by the pool should understand the vibe, and play more chilled music as its not a rave and can be annoying.

Great stay as part of a road trip . Would definitely stay again

the location, breakfast , nice rooms

The staff didn’t seem happy and I have a complaint about one of the ladies at reception called Paula (?) who was unbelievably rude. She gave us the bill at the end and I asked her to double check as this seemed wrong and she told me as the customer I gave her the wrong room number and was blunt, to be honest I think her colleague was embarrassed about the way she spoke to me as I actually gave the correct number. Furthermore I asked about keeping our luggage and she just shrugged at us as if we were causing as issue by asking her to do her job. On another note we ordered cocktails at the bar one night where we were the only ones there and it took 35 minutes for these to arrive and to be honest we couldn’t say it to the barman but they were really bad and I am sorry I wouldn’t even pay 6 Euros for this. Really disappointed by these. My final point is the food, although the breakfast was ok the dinner was not very good. a lot of the food was cold after sitting out and was not nearly a five star rating. i think there needs to be a big improvement on this one.

Superb

Upgraded to a suite overlooking the beach which was superb. Found a superb fish restaurant in San Jose. Receptionist could not have been more helpful and spoke excellent English. Only 20 minutes from Almeria airport

The hotel was exceptional everything you expected from 5 stars. Rooms spottlessly clean, roomy, and well decorated.Staff very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast very high quality with superb choice. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, recently remodeled rooms. Modern and light. Great wifi. Delicious breakfast.

Because of a basketball tournament in town, the hotel was overrun with unsupervised children. This made the hotel hallways sound like a high school, the air thick with cheap bodyspray. But otherwise a fine establishment.
