Appartamento confortevole, luminoso e arredato con gusto e molto pulito. Gode di una posizione centrale dal quale si può visitare la città anche a piedi. Per chi come noi aveva check out molto prima del volo di ritorno a casa, consiglio di andare a depositare i bagagli al Luggage Madalena church, subito dietro l'angolo di rua Sào juliao, economico, affidabile.

Posizione fantastica per visitare Lisbona. Indicazioni organizzate e precise dei proprietari, spazi perfetti per una famiglia con 1 bimbo piccolo. Colazione ottima nel locale convenzionato!
Se proprio devo trovare forzatamente qualche neo, le indicazioni di locali e ristoranti suggeriti che si trova sul sito non è molto aggiornata, siamo stati in 2 ristoranti indicati in centro e la gestione probabilmente era cambiata, non li consiglierei.

The bathroom shower design was ineffective. At the end of a shower, we had to use two towels to clean up all the water on the floor that accumulated during the shower.

The location was great.
The area was noisy, and the bed was in bad shape; the mattress constantly fell from the bed base, so we had good and bad nights.

This is a beautiful apartment very conveniently located close to the centre of Lisbon. It’s clean and spacious. The check in process was very clear snd straightforward, and there are key codes to enter both the building and the apartment which worked well for our family group meaning we didn’t need to share keys between us. Having a lift to access the apartment was very much appreciated too!
A small point, but it would have been useful to have had a washing machine, as we were there with our small baby.

Very big appartment with 2 bathroom so it was comfortable with the kids.

Location was great, although the studio was small it had the basics for a good stay.
Sadly the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We could have used more towels for a long stay. The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone coming and going from their rooms. This was especially annoying for people coming in late in the evening and basically waking us up.

Location of apartment.
Where do i begin..We had a major leakage in our bathroom that we noticed the second day, close to the lighting making it a dangerous situation. They offered us a smaller apartment all the way in the attic that we had to move to in the middle of the night, we had to wake our little son that was sleeping and make the sofa bed ourselves because they couldn't send somebody. They claim the upstairs neighbors flooded the apartment and they couldn't reach them or enter the apartment, which already seemed a strange story. The next day they say it was solved but the leakage never stopped during our stay and it actually got worse whenever we used the airconditioning (making their story of the upstairs neighbor even more questionable). Also from the looks of the moist stains in the bathroom it seems there already has been a leakage problem before so they knew of it and made up an excuse. There were other minor things that were also broken, not working properly that couldn't be fixed during our stay. Definitely not something that you want to deal with while being on vacation!!
When i tried to contact them about a compensation because we didn't receive the quality we paid for they are not responding any more. So i've made a claim with Booking Customer Service and still waiting...So please be warned!!

We were very pleased with the location of the property. The apartment was very clean and the WiFi was good.
There was a problem with the check in system - we were repeatedly asked for payment for the city tax when we were already holding a receipt and for passport information already given -very frustrating when the door code was withheld until close to check in time. Neither the safe nor air conditioner were operational and the TV had no reception.There was no kettle nor were there any instructions on how to operate kitchen equipment. Only one thin bath towel per person was provided for a 5 day stay and there was no communication whatsoever during our stay.

I needed ear plugs to sleep in this apartment. The room was on the 1st floor next to a busy street and the building has zero sound isolation. I could
also hear the neighbors talking and every noise from the other rooms comes through.

Great location, lovely accommodation. Very comfortable.
The computerised check-in system was not working properly, after asking plenty of unnecessary data mining questions and many attempts, it would not complete our check in. Communication to get this resolved in order to get our access code was stressful and unnecessarily complex.

A perfect place to stay when in Lisbon, very nicely renovated and decorated. The apartment is very comfortable and located in walking distance to all the beautiful Lisbon sites. A lot of cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep.
It will be great if there will be more coffee pods left for the guests. In the the apartment where we stayed there was no shower holder bracket and very late in the night we could hear lots of noises to coming from the apartment above.

the sofa is not very comfortable and a couple of tables for drinks would be helpful. The TV did not work properly at all; there was a problem that the remote would not stop spinning on the channels.

Bathroom - shower was broken. Needed some small refurbishment to make it really nice.
Room - Bed base was horrible - looks like something ate it.

Spacious for us(2 adults and 1 child), clean and good location. It was a bonus that famous Bifana shop was 3min walk from this apartment!!! We also found good local cafe for breakfast, that was also 3min walk! Nothing to complain.

Amazing location, close to the main Square and the River. Clean, cute, stylish, modern apartment, kitchen well-equiped, nice shower. Elevator, 2 balconies. Really good value for this price. There are good restaurants nearby, small grocery shops also available. Recommended!
The breakfast is served in the nearby cafe. For 7 days every day it was the same set of breakfast elements: a bit of scrambled eggs, coffee/tea, orange juice, 1 piece of mediocre ham, 1 piece of cheese, 1 White bread roll, 1 croissant, a bit of butter and jam. The food was tasty and fresh, but some options to choose from would be appreciated - e.g. rye or multigrain bread at least.
The apartment could be wet sometimes, but the heating from the Air conditioning can fix it.

Spacious apartment with original features in a super central location. The apartment is well-appointed and well-equipped and access is convenient via a key code. It is close to the main square and shopping street but also quiet with no street noise.
The shower attachment was broken and the screen leaked a little so it was difficult not to wet the bathroom.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Nicely furnitured and with good fittings, we loved it. Also the breakfast arrangement with a nearby cafe was great!
As it’s located in the downtown area, which is perfect, it can get a little noisy at night so if you’re sensitive to noise it might not be a good choice. The stairs going up the single beds room can be a bit difficult to climb up/down for small kids.

The location is awesome, if you have a soundproof room or don't mind the noise from the street.
From that place you can get to all noticeable landmarks by foot yet it's a bit aside from the main touristic route.
In the same time it's close to the embankment, the Cais do Sodre is just 10 min away by foot.
Alfama starts 300m uphill, yet the apartment is not in Alfama at all.
The flat itself is compact but has enough space - we never had issues with the space.
Everything works as intended; all is well equipped and in good condition.
The cleanliness level is very high.
The internet connection speed is very good as well.
I had literally nothing to complain about!
This flat is soundproof indeed, but you can't mute out a police siren.
And there's a police station nearby, so sometimes you can hear them quite loud.
But hey - they're for your security there, so come on.

Apartment well located, very large, clean and well equipped.
Communication with the host very difficult before arrival. We were stressed about not being able to get the information to access the apartment before flying out.
Despite several requests to this effect, they forced us to pay the tourist tax for my 8 year old son when this only applies to people aged 13 and over. According to you, what do they do with the excess?
Sofa bed very very very uncomfortable, even for young children. Totally unacceptable.
Deficient service: change of towel, garbage can, etc. You have to ask for it, but they come 1 out of 2 times. When they come, they do 1 out of 2 requested tasks.

Stayed at this property with a couple of my girlfriends. It was the perfect location, clean and exceeded our expectation. We really loved the location. The apartment was the perfect size, it had a large bathroom and the owners were easy to contact.
