About this house rental

The "Il Biribino" property consists of a main house and a secondary house located at the back, as well as farm outbuildings and barns, all surrounded by a fenced-in garden of approximately 2,000 square meters.
Within the complex, there is an outdoor pool, a children’s pool, and a hot tub. – Breakfast is not provided, but a caretaker is on site who can provide cleaning and assistance services. (There are no other guests)
RENTAL TERMS (max 25 people)
With the following features: - Dining area in the living room or by the pool, seating for 25; - The pool area is equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining; - Indoor kitchen with refrigerator, glasses, plates, etc.; - 10 bedrooms, for a total of 25 beds (small beds can be added); - 11 bathrooms with a tub or shower and 1 bathroom with a sensory shower; - The pool is fenced and for guests’ exclusive use; near the pools there are tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a bathroom with a shower; - Garden for guests’ exclusive use; - Parking inside the fenced property. The owners reserve the right to use the farm outbuildings.
