Excellent and varied breakfast. I asked for and received gluten free bread each morning.
The air conditioning was rather weak in the room, but only (inexplicably) on two nights.

Attentive and friendly staff, cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, spacious room.

I liked having the breakfast available -- it was simple but reliable and allowed me to get started touring the city without stopping for breakfast!
I liked having someone at the front desk at all times. They were friendly and helpful always. They were kind in letting me check in an hour early.
I found the lights a bit confusing! You had to put your room card in a little holder in order for the room lights to work.

Location is good, building and rooms have a lot of natural light.
Breakfast is extremely poor. I was very surprised about it.
Bed and pillows are not particularly comfortable.
