Nice place well situated with the bus 727 passing in front of the appartement and the Tram 28 just the street below. Clim was very useful and the owner was always very helpful. Thanks Magarida!

We have a lovely stay in Lisbon. The hostess arranged transportation from the airport and met us at the apartment. She allowed an early check-in. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but we found lovely cafes, grocers, and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. We Ubered often, which suited us. Uber is extremely fast and economical in Lisbon. The only concern for some guests may be the stairs.

We had a lovely stay, perfect for 4 adults has everything you need. Close to public transportation and walking distance to many attractions.There is a restaurant and a cafe right outside the door! Beautiful view of street from our window. It is on the 4th floor no elevator but that didn't bother us. More pastries to eat! Margarida is a wonderful host, great communication very helpful! Lisbon was amazing! I would highly recommend this apartment!

Our family stayed here for several weeks. It’s a lovely space and is close to many sights and amenities and public transport. The host was great and made our stay very comfortable.

Excellent séjour

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was excellent for walking or taking public transportation to the various sites to see. The apartment is so clean, calm, and relaxing. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Margarida was an excellent host and gave us some great tips for exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area.

Ottimo appartamento, pulito, accogliente, conforme a quanto descritto e con tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Propietaria squisita, disponibilissima ad accogliere tutte le nostre richieste e anche i dubbi inerenti al Covid-19 in questo particolare momento. We had a great time in Lisboa. Margarida arranged our transfer to the appartment wich was great. The appartment has everything you wish for and has a lot of space (we were with 4, 2 children included). The street has a lot of Nice places where you can have your lunch or Breakfast or just a cup of coffee (Margarida even provided nespresso for us at the appartment). Nearby is a beautiful park and transfer possibilities. But you can also walk easaly to al lot of beautiful spots that are nearby the appartment. When we come back to Lissabon (and we will) we will stay at Maragarida’s place again!

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Margarida war hervorragend - vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes. Margarida hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben für Besichtigungstouren und auch für empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend und sehr zentral. Man kommt sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall sehr gut hin. Das Apartment ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und ist sauber, hat allerdings einen kleinen Nachteil. Es liegt im vierten Stock eine sehr alten Gebäudes ohne Fahrstuhl. Man muss schon gut zu Fuß sein! Das Treppenhaus ist alt und schäbig, davon darf man sich nicht beeindrucken lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt ein wenig Geruchsbelästigung im Bad. Margarida hat uns sofort darauf hingewiesen und uns mitgeteilt, wie wir Abhilfe schaffen können. Wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Vielen Dank Margarida. Wir kommen gern wieder.

L'appartement de Margarida est très bien situé, avec des bus et tram à proximité, ainsi qu'un bureau de poste tout près. L'appartement est spatieux et bien équipé, Margarida nous a donné plein d'informations (balades, restos...) MAIS, il se trouve au 4è étage SANS ASCENSEUR !!! Dur dur de monter et descendre les valises !!!

Margarida nous a proposé un transfert de l’aeroport où nous avons été bien accueilli et a facilité notre arrivée. Margarida nous a donné beaucoup d’informations utiles et proposé différents itinéraires pour visiter la ville. L’appartement est bien situé, propre et à proximité de transport en commun (tram no 28 au coin de la rue et autres autobus). Le quartier est quand meme tranquille tout en etant proche du centre de Lisbonne. Beau séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement était très propre et il est plutôt bien situé: proche du centre ville et avec suffisamment de transports en commin à proximité. Margarida nous a donné toutes les indications utiles pour trouver l appartements et elle nous a aussi conseillé des itineraires de visites. La rue est un peu bruyante mais cela n'enlève rien au charme du logement.

Un tres beau logement.propre.lumineux et bien agencer. la propriétaire nous a donnée plein de petit conseille pratique qu 'on participé a l'organisation du bon déroulement de ce super weekend. Cependant.je suis très étonner de la lenteur du rembourssement de la caution (plus de 10 jours de retard..)

Die schön sanierte Wohnung in einem Altbau liegt sehr günstig für Touren in Lissabon. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit Tipps zu Ausflügen und Lokalen.

Die Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug, sie ist hell und hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Supermarkt und einige Restaurants, sowie Bäcker sind in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Straßenbahnhaltestelle für die 28 befindet sich ebenfalls um die Ecke. Wifi funktioniert gut. Falls es im Sommer unterm Dach zu heiß wird gibt es Klimaanlage. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

The apartment is on major bus routes, so easy to get places, and only about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the Rossio train station for adventures further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Avenida Don Carlos I... muito obrigado, Margarida

Schöne, helle, saubere und gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung in zentraler Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (u.a. Straßenbahn Nr. 28) sind vor der Haustür, Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon ist diese Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Todo muy bien. El piso muy cómodo con 2 dormitorios independientes, cocina completa y baño relativamente amplio. Acogida exquisita. Ubicación muy buena.

L’appartamento è così come è presentato nel sito. Si trova in un edificio storico ed è completamente ristrutturato e molto pulito. È corredato di tutto quello che viene dichiarato ed inoltre all’arrivo si trova anche detergente per le mani, carta igienica,…. quanto può servire al momento di entrare nell’appartamento. La macchinetta per il caffè non e una caffettiera ed ha bisogno di capsule (questa specifica è importante per noi italiani!) La proprietaria già al momento della prenotazione mi aveva inviato un promemoria con indicazioni per arrivare all’appartamento e cosa visitare nei dintorni. Consiglio a chi vuole arrivare con i mezzi pubblici e poi camminare di scendere alla stazione Rato perché il percorso e tutto in discesa ed agevole anche con i bagagli e per lo stesso motivo consiglio la stazione Cais do Sodrè alla partenza. Un ringraziamento al signor Fernando che si è adattato ai nostri orari sia alla partenza che all’arrivo. Sconsiglio l’appartamento a chi non può fare le scale e ai bambini piccoli perché si trova ad un quarto piano senza ascensore: questa cosa è "dichiarata chiaramente nell’annuncio".

Schön eingerichtet Dachwohnung in guter Lage in Lissabon. Nahe der Altstadt, aber nicht zu laut. Hilfsbereite Vermieterin.Leider viel Fluglärm.
