About this villa rental
We are located just 4 km from Viterbo and 200 m from Bagnaia and Villa Lante. The newly built house is on two levels on the first floor, has two large balconies, a terrace, and is surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden featuring a beautiful gazebo and a 5,000-meter orchard. The garden is fully fenced, and there is a private pool and a barbecue area. Bicycles, a ping-pong table, and children’s toys are available for guests.

Magical place. Although the photos do not do justice to the size and beauty of the property. Francesco communicated perfectly and promptly when required.Two kitchens, plenty of utensils, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms and washing machines. Plenty of outside dining options, we really only left the villa for shopping, as everyone was in love with the view and the pool. Little hot inside some nights during this latest heatwave so I'd give an overall 9.5 with a perfect 10 if Air Con were available. Absolutely perfect for a chilled family get together.

Very nice house and large garden incl pool!
Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco!
Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc.
Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed.
But still overall a 5 star house!

What an excellent holiday.An appreciated warm welcome & tour of the facilities by Francesco & his team. We could not ask for any more than this villa provided. Clean, beautifully appointed, plenty of space & well equipped. Many places to sit, eat & play games. We enjoyed using the pizza oven, endless hours in the large well kept pool & resting listening to the crickets. We did venture out & were able to walk into the village which offered a good eatery, friendly bar & satisfied basic shopping needs. Villa Lante at the top of the village was an enjoyable stroll up hill. A short drive took us to other interesting villages with plenty of history.Would definitely recommend this place & hope to return in the future.Many thanks to Francesco & his team for providing such a good experience for us.
