Disaterous start to our holiday as we had to abandon our stay on seeing the house and witnessing these failures.

It’s on a great beach

It’s a wreck of a house with mouldy broken furniture and filthy floors and walls and fittings. Broken air con. Terrible lighting and decor.

Our most awful experience customer experience in more than 15 years of traveling

Only the outside terrasse and the location on the beach!!

A lot of things!!! The description in Booking is not reflecting the reality. There are only 2 bedrooms accessible (versus 3 in the description). One of the bedroom is not accessible and separated from the living room by a door which is closed with a key (pictures in Booking shows these 2 rooms are communicating). In one of the bedroom, the only window opens up on a dark room so absolutely no light in this room (versus what is shown in pictures on Booking). There is only one AC / heating system in the living room for the entire house!! So in April it was cold in the bedrooms and we could not use one of the 2 bathrooms because too cold in it… We had a leakage in the main bathroom and waited 48hours to have a plumber coming to repair it!! The door of the shower in one bathroom is broken, and the a lot of the furnitures (closet, wardrobe) are not opening properly. There are no starting kit (no salt, pepper, oil, sponge, dishwashing liquid, only 4 spoons and much more missing items….). The water comes with a pump so it’s super noisy as soon as you use water. The staff was unprofessional, and had missed to show us a 2nd electric board at the check-in… this would have been useful when electricity and water were cut off because of bad weather… as a result, no electricity and no water from 11pm to 9:30am!! Plus the person from the staff who showed us the electric board was irrespective and saying it was our fault not to have seen the board (!!!). Overall our most awful customer experience in more than 15years of travelling!!

Mare/sole/relax

La vicinanza al mare

Migliorabile in alcuni aspetti: tipo un bagno in più e uno scalda bagno più grande perché per 8 persone l’acqua calda non è sufficiente
