We had a comfortable stay. The apartment was neat, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bahn station is very conveniently located just across the road, with easy access to the U4 line.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially with arranging an early check-in for us, as we were travelling with an elderly family member and a child.
Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay with very helpful staff.
One thing to note: although the property mentions having a lift, the apartment we stayed in required climbing a few stairs to reach the building level, followed by additional stairs if the apartment is on the lower floor, where there is no lift access. This was a little inconvenient, especially with luggage and an elderly person.

Stairs, lift and the overall layout is tiring for families with small kids. We had to drag the pram in and out every time

Excellent location near two underground lines (4 & 6) and a bus stop nearby. The hosts were available 24/7, and check-in/out was very easy—you only need to follow the instructions provided by Numa. There are no keys; one code opens all doors, which is perfect for larger groups. The terrace, Nespresso coffee machine, and a toilet separate from the bathroom were an extra bonus. The breakfast catering was OK, with a few different types to select from. A utility room is available 24/7, and there are baggage lockers if you arrive early or leave late.Everything you need is nearby—a supermarket, a pharmacy, and 'Callisto' cafe with perfect espresso right on the corner. This is a perfect apartment for 4 people. A wonderful place to stay and a warm recommendation for families and groups of friends!
